Family Friendly 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom House on Water with Dock and Game Room

Come enjoy the water and the outdoor ambience with amenities including paddle boards, kayak and a canoe. A super sweet game room. Plenty of room for relaxing on the patio looking at Rocky Pond. A/C in living room and all bedrooms. Large family space, open kitchen. Two miles from the Loudon racetrack, 30 minutes from Gunstock, Fun Spot and other local attractions. Also, for the outdoor cooking enthusiast we provide a traditional grill and a barrel smoker.
We provide towels for bathing, bring our own outdoor towels. Fully stocked kitchen; coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, pots and pans etc. Reverse osmosis water filtration system. This is a relaxing time in an owner-occupied neighborhood. Having a good time welcome, loud partying all night not permitted. Town quiet hours begin at 10pm, please do not book this house if you cannot respect the peace and quite of my neighbors. There are security cameras located around the property (outside).

The location was great. Right on the water. The available watercraft was wonderful for all the family members to use. The game room was a hit.

No notes. This house and all of its amenities allowed 6 kids aged 6-12 to be fully, independently entertained for a long weekend (and the adults had a blast too!). We are already discussing booking for next year.

Fantastic place!

This is a lovely vacation home. It is spacious, clean, homey, and has absolutely everything you need to have a great time. The beach was wonderful, water was perfect. Convenient to all the fun stuff! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay for all ages

Our stay was for along weekend. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the sunniest but we still swam, fished and enjoyed the sandy beach. The game room was great! Would stay again for sure!

We loved our stay at this family-friendly home. It had everything we needed to enjoy time with our 3 grandchildren, ages 12, 11 and 9 and their parents. the Pond is directly off the lawn with a dock, paddle boards, 2 kayaks. a floating raft and a canoe. For a break from the water, the lower level had a great game room with everything from Nintendo to shuffleboard and ping pong. In August, the water was lovely for being in the pond and indoors had A/C. The house was well-stocked for cooking in and a grill which we used every night. The firepit was a bonus for roasting marshmallows for dessert. the neighborhood is a quiet location for kids to ride their bikes and families to take afternoon walks. We appreciated having the laundry on the first level. the host responded quickly to questions. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend for families looking to get away and enjoy the outdoors.

Hangout

House was nice, the back hangout area was awsome. Little beach action and the water right there was fantastic, a little off the beating path for motorcycles but the garage to keep them in was awsome along with the game room. Will stay again

Nice Vacation

Great house in a great location. The house is stocked with everything you should need. Plenty of water toys and a dock you can jump off. The game room was an added bonus. We hope to be back next year.

Spectacular Waterfront

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The sandy beach was perfect for the kids to play and easy to launch the canoe and paddle boards. We caught and released so many sunfish, a bunch of smaller large mouth bass and even a few giant ones! The kitchen was well stocked and the living areas were open and comfortable. Lots of shade which was a bonus for our family. We are thinking of staying again next summer!

Relaxing

Great place to stay. Guys loved the fishing. Beautiful place to relax. Very quiet. Did tubing and played on water mat. Game room great for everyone. Everything was perfect. Brought boat and was easy to dock.

Excellent Experience

We had a great time staying at this property 4th of July weekend. Two families of four which included 4 children under 8. Plenty of space in the house for everyone. The game room in the basement was a fun option for the kids when they wanted a break from the sun. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for the eight of us. The outdoor area was perfect. Large private beach area and a dock for swimming and fishing. The kids loved the provided kayaks and beach toys. Located on a private road so the property is safe and quiet, but still close enough to stores or restaurants. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully stay there again.

This place is a hidden gem, with an amazing location! Gorgeous spot on the water. Great for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and using the paddle boards. We all had so much fun! The house is amazing as well. First off, it was very very clean, which is hard to do with a lake house in the forest. The game room was amazing, and it was perfect when your kids (and adults) need a break from the water. The kitchen was fully stocked containing everything we needed. All of the lake toys were perfect as well. There was enough for all of us to use. The fire pit was great, and there was plenty of firewood. Like I said, this is a hidden gem and a perfect family/friend get away. We will be back!

The Big House was certainly big enough for our family and friends from Nebraska. Our kids (ages 7-11) were particularly thrilled with the game room and the wonderful pond. The house is overall well cared for, has a bit of a funky layout, but some older finicky appliances and lack of cooking implements and spices were only minimally troubling. The washing machine seemed to be having difficulty, which may explain towels/bath mats having a musty odor on our first day, but we were able to get everything set up to our standards quickly. The outside area with kayaks and water floats were super appreciated and well used by all ages. Thank you for letting us come and stay!

Unique home with many amenities and sandy beach

Home is as advertised. Very spacious home with plenty of areas to relax quietly or enjoy the pond. it is well equipped for cooking meals in and playing in the game room and outdoors. The grandkids fished and caught several large bass and enjoyed the rope swing. The owner is helpful and responsive when I had questions. We are in our 70s so the only minor issue we had was carrying things into the house -the stairs in from the garage and the extra high step off the front porch. All and all a wonderful vacation on a beautiful little pond. Thank you!

Wonderful Lake Life

If you want a classic New Hampshire summer lake house spot, this is a good one. The outdoor amenities are what it's all about at this home: patio, dock big enough for fishing and some chairs (and jumping!), plenty of beach, a canoe, kayak, paddleboards, a quiet lake, lots of green, even an island with a rope swing, nice neighbors, fairly private. And if you're tired of the lake (not me!), the game room was a hit with our kids (and Dad and Grandpa). A reminder that many NH lake houses do not have a/c. We are used to this but it did get hot the last day. The highway noise did bother me somewhat, but other than this everything was great. The owner was attentive to some of our minor concerns. Thank you!
