Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place! Just four minutes from the beach, this luxurious townhome was built in 2020. Spend the day at one of Southern California's most gorgeous beaches or enjoy the community heated pool, outdoor fire pit, barbecue and community tables. No detail spared, this spacious, modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is the perfect home base for exploring everything that Oceanside and San Diego have to offer. Fully furnished with everything you need.
The whole house is well-appointed with tasteful furniture and light colors. All laminate flooring on the lower level and all bathrooms. The stairs and upstairs bedrooms and hallways are carpeted. Oceanside is a unique surf town with vibrant nightlife, art, live music, breweries, dancing, and delicious food very nearby. Enjoy amazing views from the Oceanside pier within minutes. You won't forget the sunsets from here.
Extra benefits of this home include air conditioning and an oversized 2-car garage with plenty of overhead storage. This is an end unit with more windows and unobstructed views. The master suite has a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuite with shower, dual sinks, and two spacious walk-in closets. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen bed with nightstands and reach-in closets. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large dining table for family meals, and an open floor plan perfect for group gatherings.
The garage has a charging port for an electric vehicle installed.
31-night minimum. For military guests, access to Camp Pendleton is less than 8 minutes from the house.
The current price is based on a one-year lease. For leases shorter than one year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If it applies, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Please contact the landlord for applications and to schedule tours.
As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
House Rules:
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 5 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only. Please note the only available parking for this home is street parking.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
Do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper in the toilets
Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
