The house has a private plunge pool and outdoor kitchen making it the perfect getaway for a couple or family looking for a fun DFW area stay. The cottage is located adjacent to a working therapeutic horseback riding center where you can see horses in action and even pet a goat!

My sisters and I were in town for my niece’s graduation from UNT. This place was great for access to the Denton area and also heading in to Fort Worth and Dallas for some sightseeing! The back patio area was awesome for a nice cookout! It was a little cool for us to try out the pool, but it all looked clean and well kept. It was a neat little unique place for a pleasant stay! The host, Dave, was great about quick communication and response to our needs… Thank You!!

This was the perfect place for a working vacation. The pool area was great for getting work done, and lots of separate areas so we could both take calls at once. Responsive host that was not overbearing. Great stay.

What a great place that fit our needs perfectly and was super close to our venue/restaurants/shopping. David was a great host who made everything easy for a smooth check in/out experience.We loved the amenities, the setting, and if it were warmer, I know we would have enjoyed the outdoor space and plunge pool. Nice quiet place to stay for a few nights. We didn’t get to use the pool or outdoor kitchen, but it would have been great. The weather didn’t want to cooperate. We were completely left alone to just spend time together.

Great little place, loved it! We were visiting our son who goes to college close by. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and there’s a Kroger near as well. It is a guest house, so it’s close to the owners house. But they give you plenty of privacy and the pool area is completely fenced in. We enjoyed the goats and fat pig. Will definitely stay here again!
