The space
Welcome got the Industrial St. Loft! This is your the perfect getaway for relaxing and unwinding or entertaining and adventuring! You will be steps from wine bars, music venues, restaurants, activities, boutiques, coffee shops, etc. Just park your car in our permitted lot and start your vacation!

Our guests will have full access to their chosen unit along with access to our fully stocked laundry room and permitted parking.
Other things to note
There is plenty of permitted parking behind our building…just make sure to put your permit in your car as soon as you check into the unit.

This is our second time staying at one of their properties and it was perfect! Super cute space, very clean and perfect location that's close to all the fun things on the square. Can't wait to be back!

Pros: It was a really cute 2 bedroom that served our needs well. I contacted the owner about a later check out prior to booking and they were very accomodating. Great use of space, lots of hot water and has mostly what you need. The actual location is absolutely perfect for Denton. Lots of great shops, food and entertainment close and walking distance. Cons: When I arrived it was warmer than expected and took a few hours to cool off the whole apartment, but there were multiple fans available to help. One of the bedroom beds has a dip in the middle of it. Thankfully, we were able to still sleep comfortably, but something that should be replaced. Harvest House is right next door, so if there's a band playing, could be until midnight or so until they stop. Also, the train runs relatively close and horn sounds each time, so if you're sleeping at 1am, it could wake you up. Nothing really huge as far as issues, but something to be considered.

Very nice stay in downtown Denton, the most ideal location imaginable! Super sweet on the inside, but was met with very steep stairs to enter the property and could be an obstacle for some. Overall had a great time!
