Great place to stay. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the pool being steps away from the backdoor. Had AC issues twice but the owner took care of it very quickly.

My kind of “White Christmas”

Great weekend getaway to start the holiday season. We have stayed in several units within Gulf Highlands and enjoyed the ground floor bedroom.

Great place to stay

Great location! Close to everything. Communication was always available. Ease of check in and check out. Everyone was nice and pleasant. We had a great time and will definitely return. Loved the 3.5 baths.

Place was great. Great location also. Beds were comfortable. Loved having multiple bathrooms. The tvs upstairs don't work. Nothing hooked up. But that wasnt terrible since we were only in rooms at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Week 2025

Condo was decorated cute and had what we needed. We enjoyed the furniture out front as well as the back patio. The communication with the rental agency was good but the owner never addressed any of our concerns.As I mentioned, there are some things that need attention:Air runs continuously (may need to check thermostat)Water draining in showers & tub is so slowNone of the TV's had anything connected to them. We were able to watch Netflix downstairs but no TV in bedroomsFan in downstairs master does not work. We all had slippers or flipflops because otherwise our feet were black from walking barefoot.Would be nice if owner offered a small refund for these items.

Thanks for your review, Lisa! We’re thrilled you enjoyed our communication, but I’d like to address a few things. We were made aware of these issues the day before you checked out. If we had known about them earlier during your stay, we would’ve taken care of them right away. Since your departure, we’ve fixed the slow drains and we’ve already reached out to the owner about replacing the TVs in the rooms to make sure our guests have an amazing stay. Regarding the floors, since this property is a high-turnover vacation rental, the floors are mopped way more often than in a normal house. In return, the mop solution builds up and causes the illusion of dirty floors. In the off-season, we hire a company to strip the floors to prevent this issue. But it would have been no problem at all for us to send a housekeeper back to ensure you had a pleasant stay. We really appreciate you bringing these to our attention, but we would’ve loved to fix them during your stay. Our goal is always to make sure our guests have an incredible time, and we hope you’ll come back to see us next year! We promise everything will be absolutely perfect!

The grounds are clean and maintained but are very dated. The mini golf course needs maintenance. The pools are dated looking and provide very little shade. The room itself is a bit awkward with the door to back patio in the downstairs bedroom. The floor was very dirty, we had to wear shoes or our feet would be black. The dishwasher was not working consistently for most of our trip. It took a couple of reminders to get a 2nd key/gate card access. The front door sticks badly and is hard to open and close. It is a long walk to the beach access. We never had any hot water at the kitchen sink and they say they tested it but it did not work the entire week. The hot water worked in the other rooms just fine. No matter what it is frustrating dealing with all these things during your vacation. I would pass and personally would not stay here again.

Not very clean but not dirty enough to call and have a house keeper to come out, sofa bed had sand and dirty sheets inside oven had food stuck on oven door and downstairs you have to go through the bedroom to get to the patio that wasn't a plus for us also 2 key cards but 3 couples was a bummer, but as far as everything else was great these few things was a downfall but we enjoyed our stay
