NO HURRICANE DAMAGE. WE ARE OPEN.
Very large and spacious free standing townhouse, 1250 sq ft. 2 stories, 2 pools on property, beach across street, perfect for families with all the conveniences of home, lots of room, outstanding value in comparison with condo or motel rentals, close to shopping and amusements. On the popular west end of Panama City Beach. Close to Pier Park with all the shopping you can handle, restaurants, and fishing pier. Non smoking.

Dedicated beach access. All the white sand beach you can handle.

The only problem you will have at our townhouse is LEAVING!

(Strict Age restriction applies: age 25 and above. We rent to couples and families.)

Please note: In the peak months of June and July we only do weekly rentals, from a Saturday to a Saturday. The rest of the year we do a 4 night minimum.

Great location. There were plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The beach was right across the street and Pier Park was close.

The town house was very clean, right across from the pool. The Beach is right across the street with easy access. The host was very friendly & responded quickly to any questions I had. The beds are very comfortable as well. We will definitely be going back.

This property was very inviting, and very accessible to the beach and dining options. We walked most everywhere we traveled. All and all we had a awesome stay!

House exceeded expectations. Very clean. Spacious, literally had everything we needed and more. Quiet area, Nice set up. Very short walk to the beach. The Host was amazing!!! Immediate response on any inquiries. We overly enjoyed our stay will be booking again soon!!..

Awesome location and excellent owner

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. Great family location and the owner is extremely friendly and always helps with concerns. 5 star for sure.

Great stay near a family friendly part of the beach

Lyle is quick to answer questions. We really enjoyed our stay and there were many thoughtful details to make the condo feel homey. We hope to be back next year.

Beautiful beach within walking distance

Great set up, good location It could use a refresh on interior paint. Otherwise a good set up and good location.

Very Comfortable Beach home

We loved our stay here in PCB! The house was clean and I recommend the owner and establishment. The house was conveniently located 5 Minutes away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pools. We will come again.

Great location. Close to the beach, pools were nice. Close to shopping.

Overall the property was nice. A couple things could be updated. The shower head in the main bedroom should be replaced, the grill also needs some upkeep. We enjoyed our stay there and the property met our expectations. Would stay here again.

Wonderful family enviroment

Panama city beach

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, just as described and had everything we needed . Wi was just across the street from the beach . The kids enjoyed the pool . Our host was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property .

Great location and great for family!

My family and I had an amazing time! The property is right across the street from the ocean and it was just a short walk to the ocean. The swimming pool in the evening was amazing! The property had everything my family and I were looking for in this vacation and it was close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Area

Nice Townhouse, very close to beach. Pier Park is not far down the road, absolute must. Has all the shopping, restaurants and movie theater you could ask for. Beach is pristine and the water is this incredible color, like being in the Caribean. Weather was cooler than we expected, but we were told it was an unusualy cold January. Look forward to visiting this area again sometime.
