Spend the day exploring local activities such as fishing, water parks, parks, the zoo, walking trails, go-karts, golfing, miniature golf, and nearby shopping. When you’re ready to relax, come home and enjoy the private fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.

There is no garage access for guests. Parking includes space for 1 vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available.

House is clean and decorated well but not in prime condition. It is a duplex, which should have been disclosed in the listing. Communication was good with the host. Quiet neighborhood. Beds are pretty firm and uncomfortable. It seemed unnecessary to require drivers license pictures for all persons in the home. Also, the potential add-on fees they could charge seemed a bit unreasonable (for undisclosed guests, pets left alone, etc). Overall the place met our needs but seemed a little expensive for what it is.

It's a duplex, it says upstairs bedroom and upstairs bathroom, so it's stated in the listed. We don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable with their stay that's why we disclose all the rules right before you book to make sure you are ok with everything. It even has a pdf to download with all the info you would ever need.

This condo was very clean and had everything listed in its description. We gave it 3 stars because it’s in need of some maintenance. Lisa was very responsive and very nice but to use their description of three stars “we wouldn’t stay there again until something is done.”

The photos and descriptions of the property are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice walking trail near by the property. The location is close to a grocery store and pharmacy. My family and I enjoyed the theme the owners chose. The bathrooms were very clean. The bedrooms were perfect for my two kids, my wife and myself. The kitchen was a great size and the appliances were great! We loved the water pitcher in the refrigerator. Overall great experience and would stay there again in the future.

Disappointing experience

Our stay at this property was a huge disappointment. My sister and I were visiting our dad, who was recovering from cancer surgery. I'd flown from across the world with a 6-month-old. My sister, who has mobility issues, flew from across the country. The first day, we discovered an ant problem, which we took care of ourselves. The second day, we discovered a leak in the ceiling. We called the property manager, Lisa, before going out for the day. A few hours later, she told us that major plumbing work was needed, so we had to vacate. She offered us another VRBO, which we agreed to try. Unfortunately, the other property had a number of issues: it was farther from my dad's; had uneven terrain, which was hard for my sister to navigate; and an overpowering scent of air freshener. We stayed for one night because we had nowhere else to go, but the next day we checked out. At this point, Lisa offered a third property, which we declined. She then said she'd refund the remainder of our booking. I pushed back and suggested she also partially refund the 3rd night to offset the inconvenience of moving properties. Lisa not only refused, but she repeatedly brought up how stressful and costly the situation was for her. She pointed out that we hadn't paid a cleaning fee at the 2nd property -- but the suggestion that we OUGHT to have paid one baffled me. Property issues aside, Lisa's focus on her own costs and stress, and her unwillingness to acknowledge ours, ruined the whole experience.
