Beautiful home in the Comanche Crossing Subdivision

Deer Creek is a wonderful home with a quiet surrounding. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms this house offers privacy with only one bedroom with multiple beds in it. It sits in the Comanche Crossing Subdivision with access to the river that is within walking distance or a short drive to the private parking area. Outside offers a fire pit for outdoor enjoyment and large oak trees for relaxing during the hot summer days.

Great location with private neighborhood river access!

The house was perfect for our family! Lots of space and bathrooms!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Frio Family Fun For Sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just returned from our annual gathering in Concan. We rented both Deer Creek and Casa de Arroyo. As always, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The Frio River was beautiful this year and the houses were well-stocked and suited our needs perfectly! We especially loved seeing the delight of the next generation of children floating, fishing and swimming in the river. Thank you for helping us continue our life-long tradition of coming to the Frio and having the times of our lives!

Wonderful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for 3 families, and it was wonderful. We’ve continued to return to Deer Creek specifically because we love the house and the location, being walking distance to the river. The staff were very helpful and the house was perfect for relaxing, especially outside on the porch or under the trees.

Annual Dove Hunt Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at both houses here for 5 years now for an annual dove hunt. House offers multiple beds for more people to be able to sleep comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms, parking, and space to roam around. Scenery is great, and house is private which is nice. Private parking at the river is always a plus when visiting the frio. Definitely recommend Deer Creek or Casa De Arroyo for your stay. We have 18 people come on the hunt every year, and this is the perfect setup!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and ready for us to have a wonderful stay. A couple of things about the house, the 2 front rooms did not have A/C they were very hot. We got fans to help with the heat but it was not great. Also, I did not know that the house did not have a dishwasher. We had to wash dishes the old-fashioned way.

No road traffic or noise was a real plus. The house backs up to a small hill. Just remember to be responsible for your own towels and linens.

The location was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only small preference would be to have a dishwasher. Not a problem, but would have been nice.
