This charming Lake Sinclair home is a warm and relaxing place for couples, friends and families. ‘Charlie’s Landing’ is located on beautiful Lake Sinclair and offers expansive lake views while being conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and site seeing venues.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 5 beds total. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. The large nicely appointed, eat in kitchen was designed for entertaining and opens to a cozy family room with lake views. On a chilly evening you can cozy up in front of the gas log fireplace.

Charlie’s Landing has a covered back deck over looking the lake, firepit area and expansive backyard. Enjoy sports and movies with the outdoor deck TV or relax around the firepit with family and friends.
Spend your days enjoying all that lake life has to offer on the max dock that includes a waterslide! At the end of the day enjoy a meal with family and friends at your choice of 2 outdoor eating areas or an indoor table that seats 6. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! Charlie’s Landing is conveniently located to many restaurants by car and 4 restaurants by boat. Downtown Milledgeville is only 15 minutes away and offers many shops and restaurants as well as beautiful Georgia College Campus.

Totally Satisfied

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed the house at Charlies Landing and also the property. The kids and adults spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and relaxing. Our twin grandsons (11 years old) landed a 5-pound blue catfish from the dock. It was the highlight of their weekend. The views from the front porch are incredible. We look forward to returning next year.

Perfect weekend lake retreat

We had a ladies weekend on Lake Sinclair and stayed at this lovely home. The lake views are amazing and we spent lots of time soaking it on the spacious deck. With a large kitchen and comfortable living room there was plenty of space for conversation and games. I will recommend to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. as there was no back stock of those. Grocery and plenty of dining nearby. Also a wonderful fire pit was enjoyed.

The perfect lake house

Home away from home. The lake house is wonderful. It is conveniently located to town and has great views and access to the lake. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the dock. Our grandchildren loved the slide at the dock. The house is clean and well kept . The host is easy to contact and very responsive. We are excited to come back next year

Exceeded all expectations!!!

Everything about our stay was truly wonderful. Colleen is a very attentive host who genuinely cared that we had a perfect weekend and did everything possible to make it that way. The house is way bigger than it looks. The decor inside and landscaping outside are very upscale. The water slide was a blast and we enjoyed the huge covered deck, outdoor lounge chairs, grill and dock. We created amazing memories together as a family in town to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation.

Beautiful and Quiet Lakehouse

Lovely and well maintained house on Lake Sinclair. Comfortable space for four couples to relax and spend time together. Colleen is engaged and communicates, she is great.

Relaxing and beautiful

We had no problems at all with our stay. We appreciate the owners sharing their house and property. The house was pretty and property well kept. House is more than you expect, compared to website pictures. We really enjoyed the outside porch area facing water. Spent a lot of our time there enjoying the fall like weather. Hope to visit again in future.

Holiday weekend stay

Everything from beginning to end was spectacular! Very easy process to check in. Owner was accessible when needed. We wanted for nothing while there. Very well stocked, nice comfortable bedding and everything was in immaculate condition. 10 out of 10!!

Geart home with amazing lake view!

Great Property with Awesome Views!

Great stay on the main lake! The house was stylishly decorated and very roomy for 6-8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. There were games and reading material available. Our favorite spot was the outdoor porch with an area to lounge and watch TV or sit with a meal and watch the activity on the lake. This is a wonderful property with all the amenities. We had an awesome Fathers Day weekend!

Incredible

This vacation was incredible. Plenty of room for a friends birthday vacation! We didn’t spend much time inside, however the inside of this home was recently remodeled and we could have spent a lot more time inside. The TV, couches, and large table on the deck were worth spending time around. The owner, Colleen, reach out to us a few days before we came in to see if we were bringing a boat, which we did not, but she offered her boat lift on their dock if we did bring a boat. The house is convenient to a few marinas, and boat ramps. Also, not very far from town, if you need to get to the grocery store. Our crew has definitely decided we will be coming back to this house in the future!

Perfect location at Lake Sinclair

This house has been remodeled and is a perfect lake house! If you are visiting Milledgeville for a graduation or event at GCSU, it is a perfect location. Just a few minutes to town. Under 5 minutes to Kroger. The kitchen is stocked well. The outside space is abundant and comfortable! The inside is very comfortable and well decorated, but not over the top. We will be back!
