Perfect location for our visit with our daughter at Georgia College. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our family to feel comfortable. We enjoyed fishing and sitting on the porch at night. Our dog also enjoyed the flat outdoor space!

Great Stay

Enjoyed the scenic view from the porch and dock. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable in each room and we had plenty of space (8 of us). Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and charming cottage in serene location

Nice getaway

My family wanted a relaxing getaway for the weekend and this was perfect! My family LOVED fishing off the dock and relaxing by the fire! Can not wait to return!

Awesome Rental

We loved the cabin. It was so clean and well kept. It was very quiet in the cove, and our grandkids enjoyed fishing from the dock. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Great getaway for quiet relaxation with the family. Local interest and great hiking areas.

We had a wonderful time shedding the stress of an extremely difficult year. The quiet was like medication to soothe the sences.

Great place to stay

My family & I (myself, my husband, 3 adult children, and my parents) stayed for a week. The house was everything we expected & the location was perfect. The location is ideal & convenient to stores or restaurants. We rented a boat and jet-skis nearby and swam in the lake. It was the relaxing vacation that we all needed!

I love staying at Dana’s homes

Well stocked with all your needs and she even provides extras that you won’t find at other properties like soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies and always enough paper goods to get you started. This property is a little jewel on the lake and we will be back again and again.

Fall at the Lake

Brooks and Gunn is a new, clean, cozy cabin. We crunched through fall leaves, made s’mores at the fire pit, sat outdoors on the deck and on the dock. Lots to do in the area. We had a great weekend.

Amazing getaway!

I cannot express enough the wonderful time my son and I had at this beautiful home! We caught some huge fish right off the dock! By far our best fishing trip ever!
