Galveston Weseazatt View is a 1/1 condo at the desirable The Palms of Cove View. The Palms is nestled at the beginning of Galveston's quiet West End and is 1/4 mile to the Gulf. The complex is far enough from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy everything the island has to offer.
The condo is perfect for an extended stay. It's been recently remodeled and furnished and includes Roku, high-speed, secure internet, and a full-size washer and dryer.
The renovated 2-level, townhome-style, one-bedroom, one-bath condo is spacious at 732 sq. feet. The ceilings are vaulted, and the space is open-concept. Part of the openness is the split-level floor plan, meaning the bedroom, bath, and laundry are eight steps up a stairwell.
The condo offers all the amenities of the home, including a 44" wall-mounted Smart HDTV, upgraded secure WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.
It's been recently updated with new carpet throughout, fresh paint, ceiling fans, and LED lighting. The kitchen has all-new appliances and granite countertops. There are 2 small balconies, one off the living area overlooking the pool and the other off the upstairs bedroom with a glimpse of the Gulf.
The Palms at Cove View is located at the beginning of Galveston's popular West End, just off Seawall Boulevard, and is 1/4 mile from the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is far enough from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy everything the island has to offer.
The Palms at Cove View offers resort-style living in a quiet, desirable neighborhood. Its shared amenities include lush tropical landscaping, a sparkling pool with sundeck, a soothing waterfall, a gazebo, a fitness room, a clubhouse, and charcoal grills.
The condo perfectly sits within the Palms at Cove View community, overlooking the sparkling pool and waterfall. It's within steps of the office, clubhouse, fitness room, garbage dumpster, and mailbox.

The condo complex is two stories, and Galveston Weseazatt View is on the second floor. There is no elevator available. You'll need to climb 18 steps for entry. The stairwell is trek steps.
The condo is split level, meaning the bedroom, bath, and laundry are up an 8-step stairwell.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests unless prior approval has been granted. If exceeded, it's $30 per person per day. The condo is NOT suitable for children.
Parking at The Palms at Cove View is unassigned, and a one-bedroom condo is limited to one spot on the premises.
Per The Palms at Cove View Condominiums HOA, the Owner needs to submit a Guest Registration Form to the office before the arrival date. The office requires the following to be attached to this form.
1. The color, make, model & license plate # of your vehicle.
2. Copy of a valid state-issued identification card.
The host will send the guest a link to sign an electronic rental contract. The contract must be signed and returned with a valid government photo ID within 48 hours of the booking.

Like all career military families, we and our 4 children lived a life of relocation.
There are new schools here and new friends there. But after 25 years of service, when it was time to choose a forever home, the decision to move to Galveston Island was easy for us.
We love the beach. We love the idea of a life with our toes in the sand on as many days as possible.
You can often find us doing just that, barefoot on the beach – with our toes in the sand and a drink in our hand, sharing good times, local friends, or one or all of our now-adult children.
We are a fun, tight-knit family. Although our children have now moved off the island for their education and careers, we still enjoy spending time on the beach when the kids come home.
Now that Jack has fully retired from aviation, serving an additional 15 years as a pilot with Southwest Airlines, we can devote more time and attention to living and sharing the Galveston Island lifestyle.
It wasn’t long after moving to the Island that we came up with the idea to invest in another vacation rental condo on the Galveston Seawall after having success with our condos in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
We added four additional condos to our short-term rental portfolio. Cat enjoys decorating the condos with coastal themes and bright colors, creating a beachy vacation rental vibe that guests enjoy.
With each new condo, we continue receiving five-star reviews from our guests. We are proud to receive the “Airbnb Superhost” Badge for our hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness, value, and guest communication.
After nearly 20 years of being Galveston Islanders by Choice, we love providing our guests with a taste of Island life – morning coffee with a gulf breeze, golf cart trips to local restaurants, fishing on the pier, those amazing Galveston sunsets and toes in the sand as often as possible.
