This cozy condo is part of the new "The Dawn by the Beach" Condominium complex. Wake up each morning to the view of the ocean from your bedroom window. Grab a cup of coffee in your granite/stainless steel full size kitchen and enjoy your coffee from the living room overlooking the lush green landscape, or head to your personal oceanfront patio to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico first hand. The rest of the day is your: head to the pool, beach, or take the kids to the Schlitterbahn Water park, Moody Gardens, the Historic Pleasure Pier or the Historic Downtown Strand. This condo has luxury from start to finish including large tile flooring throughout, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, Queen size sleeper sofa, private bedroom with large walk in closet, oceanfront location, private oceanfront patio, and 825 square feet of space.

The property was nice and the location was great only bad thing was had a few dead roaches in the kitchen and the leaking water in the shower buit overall I had a great time

My sincere apologies for not making a unit check a day before your arrival. Since the unit was vacant for a week, sometimes roach enter from outside. Normally, I request my housekeeping to check on the unit, however this time she was out of town. The water dripping in the bathtub is from AC drain line. It drips only when AC is running. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

The room was bigger than expected, clean and well furnished. Our host made the entire stay a total pleasure. Nam checked on us each night and answered any questions we had very quickly. The room has an amazing view of the beach. Perfect access for morning or evening walks along the waters edge. The Dawn has beautiful, well kept grounds and the pools were a great place to cool off and relax. Definitely stay again.

Clean quiet unit. Small porch overlooking the Gulf, has a great view and is very relaxing. Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge bonus. Host is a true pleasure to work with

Great condo to stay at. Was as described and as pictures were shown online. Was on first level of complex with minimal stairs from parking lot. Had a great view on the patio looking at the ocean, great for mornings enjoying and relaxing. Host was very responsive in communications. Would definitely rent room again. Thank you.

Great Stay

We visited Galveston for the weekend to visit our daughter. The condo was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. Great view from the patio and close to everything.

Galvaston Condo

Location, location, location

Perfect location. Stayed for a month. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and, of course, right across the street from the Gulf waters. Ground floor unit with very close secured parking. Although slightly dated, this property was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

We ❤️ Galveston!

Have been to Galveston several times, love it. First time staying at the Dawn. The unit was everything it promised to be. Clean, well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Nam and DJ were excellent hosts. Quick to answer any questions. Went out of their way to be sure our stay was all we were hoping for. We look forward to staying here again.

The Condo was in excellent condition and everything as shown. We had a little issue with the internet dropping and the host resolved that with the provider, just some updates needed in the router. The grounds of the resort were well kept and the hot tub and pool were good. The fitness center had one of the treadmills broke down for our entire stay of 30 days.

Nice size for a couple and great location

Nam does a very nice job making sure you are comfortable. Keyless entry is a nice amenity. The bed was perfectly comfortable for us. This is important for a long stay. We stayed almost all of January and had to leave because of medical issues. Went to UTMB right there on the island. If you need to have medical attention I highly recommend this hospital. Water view is great however street noise isn't an asset. We knew that when we rented so no problem. Thanks Nam we will return if possible.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on the Seawall! The location was perfect, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed being able to walk along the Seawall and watch the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Awesome location and perfect place to stay

The location is perfect, on the less busy side of Galveston. Still close enough to everything you can take a short drive to anything you'd want to do. 2 pools on location and a fitness center with 2 treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, free weights...the room itself was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again
