As soon as you step inside, you ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean from the windows in the living room and primary bedroom. Relax on the plush sofas and take in the beautiful vista, or step outside onto the private balcony and feel the sea breeze for yourself.

The condo features a modern and stylish decor, with sleek floors and neutral color schemes. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for socializing, with a large dining table that seats 8 guests and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The 3 spacious bedrooms are all furnished with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night s sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks, while the other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

Other amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and smart TVs in each bedroom.

Located in a prime oceanfront location, the condo is just steps away from the pristine sands of the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, or take a leisurely stroll. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby!

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be present during the stay. Pets (including emotional support animals) are not permitted in the property.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

This North Ocean City location is near many great bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and beautiful 58 acre North Side Park. The park has a fishing/crabbing pier, walking/jogging/biking path, sports fields, playground, outdoor fitness area, and a rec center with many classes! The iconic OC boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away.

Please be aware: the neighboring unit has a Ring video doorbell, and you will be visible on it when entering. Neither the owner of this property or OC Beach Vacations has any access to the camera.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
