The Magnificent Gateway Grand

The Gateway Grand is situated in a prime location in Ocean City, Maryland. Be swept off your feet in our professionally decorated apartment with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It does NOT include linens It has a desk computer available and wireless internet. There are four Flat screen TV'S 50' IN LIVING ROOM, 40' IN MASTER BR and 26' in other rooms. smart tv in kids room. It has a balcony with outdoor furniture with views of the beach, ocean, and city as in pictures. I have a storage area equipped with beach chairs, and umbrellas. It is located across the street from Seacret's restaurant & club. Seacret's has live bands/DJ and offers bar service with rafts on the bay. It is also across the street from water sports,restaurants,shopping and few blocks from convention center. 24 hour security! The condo is also a short drive to Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and assategue island,raceway,racetrack,casino, skate boarding, boardwalk, and several signature golf courses, and name brand outlets, The condo includes a magnificently decorated lobby with high soaring ceilings and meeting rooms.It has a fully equipped state of the art exercise gym overlooking the indoor and outdoor heated pool . Business and conference center 8 blocks away.. it is also on the 3 rd floor so you can see and hear the waves and avoid the wind. It also feels safer for young children . DON'T MISS OUT ON THE GATEWAY EXPERIENCE !!!! The gateway will charge you a separate $136 renters fee. You may use a credit card if desired

Great location and beautiful condo!

Perfect location, an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The condo was tidy and had everything needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean and had space for six of us. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and lots of places to eat. Loved it!

Perfect Location for a Family Vacation

This property was just what we needed for our family vacation. From the easy parking and secure building, to the spacious room and two pools on this property, it was perfect. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants helped make this vacation perfect. The host was also very responsive and helpful!

Pleasantly Surprised

The location, building, and condo were outstanding! We will return in the future. The host was incredibly responsive and took the time and care to ensure we had a nice time. The storage unit is very well-stocked. The beach chairs were so comfortable that we bought our own on the way home! Looking forward to the next visit and stay at this condo. No regrets.

Great Stay!

My entire family was truly impressed with this condo. Nicely decorated and furnished. Location is great and centrally located to everything. Easy access to the elevator and parking garage. Safe and secure surroundings! We shall return!

Great beachfront location!

Wonderful trip to OC with my family. Unit is exactly as pictured and was clean and spacious. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants or a short drive to even more. Owner was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions. Would recommend and go back.

The unit was amazing!. Clean, spacious and a great location. As we were going into the unit the cleaning people were working on another unit and asked if we needed anything! Can't wait to go back next year!

Awesome Beachfront Condo

Our family has met at Ocean City every year since before my kids were born 13 years ago. We had a nice condo close to this one but outgrew it. Saw this unit on VRBO and thought it would be perfect and IT WAS! Spacious, clean, beautiful, great beach view and short walk to the beach! Will definitely rent again!

Good Experience at the Gateway Grand

Christine was great to deal with and very responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated and as described on the listing. The location is very good and accessible to walk to many local attractions. The unit was clean, but the furniture is in need of some refurbishment. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, great experience

View of the beach from balcony, Nice size condo with amenities. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge, the other two bedrooms are a bit tight spaced. Benefits were, kuerig coffee maker, cookware for the one night we stayed in and cooked dinner, laundry, and the balcony with view of the beach and the street. There is a private parking garage, but we ended up parking in the street below the balcony so we could see our cars. The pools and gym were nice also.

Had a Great Stay

The condo was really nice and had everything as advertised. A dresser in the kids room would have been more useful than a desk with a PC. The clothes dryer needs attention; there was a huge buildup of lint underneath the lint trap posing a fire hazard. We removed what we could but should be thoroughly cleaned. The location is awesome, a few steps out the door and you're on the beach!

Difficult to access

The property is nice but access into the building and parking garage is controlled by a key fob rather than a keypad. We were only given 1key fob for 3 couples which made it very inconvenient. Later in the week we were given 2more fobs. Couldn't access game room do to flood.

2nd stay at this condo

This was my family's second stay at the condo, and our experience was just as great as last year's trip. There are all the advantages of renting a condo over a hotel - a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, living area for the family to hang out in and for the kids to play, etc. There are also the advantages of renting this condo over others in the area - beautifully decorated and clean condo, safety and security in the building, an indoor and outdoor pool with fitness room, and multilevel parking garage. The building's location on the beach, and accessibility to all the attractions and restaurants that OC has to offer makes this place an obvious choice when looking for a place to stay. Chris, the owner, is great to work with, and is very accessible and helpful for any questions or issues that may arise. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit OC.

Ocean Vista !

Beautiful oceanfront views from this unit. luxury amenities, spacious unit, Gateway Grand staff VERY efficient, especially with pandemic requirements and safety measures. The unt bathrooms and kitchen and appliances upon arrival were VERY clean and well kept. Housekeeping of floors could have been better - edges of bedrooms and living area were skipped over by vacuum. Would recommend adding lamps and end tables to bedrooms for evening comfort, as well as more comfortable chairs for dining table and balcony. Owner was very friendly and attentive! We enjoyed our escape to the beach.

304, gateway grand

We loved our week at the gateway grand. The condo was very spacious with three big bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone was very comfortable and slept amazing. My kids slept in till 9am which has never happened before. We loved the pool, the inside pool, and the condo amenities. I loved waking up every morning to have coffee over looking the ocean on the outside deck. My kids loved their bunk bed room and taking bubble baths in the jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was filled with all that you needed. The location is perfect. You are in the middle of going downtown or up town. Christine had everything you needed for the beach including a wagon to haul it all. I also loved the wine fridge. This place had so many personal touches. We can’t wait to book next years trip ❤️

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. Had some issues with cleanliness when we arrived as the decorative pillows on the beds were soiled and two of the rooms had sticky areas on the carpet. Also, was not informed this property DOES NOT include linens. I was told to go to the front desk and ask for a company to rent linens from and they indicated to me they didn’t have a contact because all their owners provide linen. Well, not this one so prepare appropriately. Had initial issues with internet but those were resolved in 24 hours. You can’t get in and out of the condo without a key fob from any entrance so if you have multiple groups staying with you it can be difficult. Lastly, the building does not allow you to walk through in a bathing suit or without a shirt and shoes even though you walk directly out onto the beach. My son got screamed at once for not having a shirt on when he was coming in from the beach and he was very uncomfortable. These are the main reasons we won’t be returning to this location. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and nicely laid out.

Nice stay

We love the Gateway Grand and it’s proximity to everything including the beach, Seacrets, Dry 85, Dumsers, and more. Our kids (6, 8 and 12) love the pools too. The storage unit had great chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The kitchen was lacking some key utensils (cheese grater, sturdy cooking spoons, etc.). The mattress protectors and pillows were not as clean as desired and the beds were uncomfortable.

Time Away With The Grandchildren

We typically stay on the boardwalk but wanted to experience a different scenery with the grandkids. Everything that we all wanted to do was close by. We even took the bus down to the rides. It was a nice week with the kids.
