This was my first experience with a Vrbo and I must say I was not disappointed! It was a welcomed change from being in a hotel room! This property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood! I would stay here again! Thank you Hannah!

Very clean but was worried about the card bord boxes on the side of the window AC units and the place really needs more chairs and some kind of kitchen table for the kids to eat breakfast we didn't really buy food to cook because no where to sit and eat other than the couch would like to have a small area in the master room to sit other than the bed and maybe a inexpensive dresser and night stand with another TV we actually brought are own firesticks but it was very clean.

Our stay was perfect, the yard was mostly fenced making it a great place to stay with our dogs! The inside is gorgeous, clean, well taken care of. We had everything we needed, plus extra comfort. The host communicated so well with us the entire stay.

Cute

Great stay! Beds were super comfortable to sleep on which was a huge plus! Only thing was the fridge was leaking and the fans and vents were pretty dusty. Other than that, we were comfortable and were happy we got to bring our dogs with us to visit our hometown! It’s a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood!

Cute little house

Cute little 2 bedroom and 1 bath house that has been totally renovated inside. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Beds were very comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. No kitchen table and chairs, which made meals a bit of a challenge. RING security system was a nice plus.

Convenient clean close to all Mahoning valley

Stayed here for week of Thanksgiving with our family. It was clean quiet and close to everywhere we needed to be from Sharon hermitage to Canfield and Youngstown and Pittsburgh to visit family. Close to restaurants in Austintown. Beds were very comfortable and all the linen was very clean. Bathroom was clean. Dishwasher was broken when we were there. One thing that was missing was a small table for dining other than that we had everything we needed.

Great adventure!!

Thank you to Hannah. Without you, my family and I wouldn't have been able to spend a month in this beautiful home. The last time I was here, the house felt so cozy and relaxed. I didn't hesitate to book it again. The home provided all the amenities that we needed, a full kitchen, a washer, and a dryer. 2 comfortable beds, the living room where we had our movie nights!! and then, the bathroom. We really loved the shower!!!. It's in a quiet neighborhood, closer to everything you need. We really enjoyed ourselves for sure!!! We will definitely recommend it!!!

Overall, this property served its purpose for our stay, and there were a few things we really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby amenities.That said, the home could really benefit from some updates and a little more attention to detail. There wasn't a comfortable place to sit and eat or work, and the living room only had one couch, which appeared dirty. It looked like the couch cushions had been flipped over and covered with a blanket. The bedrooms did not have TVs or dressers. One bedroom had a clothing stand, but the other did not. One mattress was extremely firm, while the other was more comfortable because it had a mattress topper.We also had a significant issue with ants. They were throughout the house, getting into our food and covering our dog's food bowl almost every time we set it down. The refrigerator leaked water badly inside, soaking our groceries and leftovers.The yard was only partially fenced, which may be important for guests traveling with pets. We also noticed that some of the windows would not lock. The window air conditioning units were not sealed around the edges, leaving large gaps that allowed bugs and mosquitoes inside. Because of the placement of the units, the curtains could not fully close, and there were no blinds, so there was very little privacy.The washer and dryer were located in the basement, but there was broken glass on the floor, which was concerning.Finally, I think th

Very Nice Property

We enjoyed our almost week long stay at this property. The house is a cute Cape Cod that has been nicely updated and comfortably furnished located in a quiet neighborhood near the Austintown/Youngstown border. The air conditioner worked great on several hot days we had during our trip. The water pressure in the shower is amazing...much better than in most hotels we have stayed in. Excellent high speed internet access is included with the rental. The concrete stairs going up to the front porch were a little difficult to navigate due to settling that makes the top step quite a bit higher than the other two. It is convenient to Mahoning Ave and Meridian Rd, both of which will get you almost anywhere you want to go in the Youngstown area, and has easy access to major freeways. The property owner is very easy to work with and responds promptly to text and email.

Unfortunatley, this guest brought an unathorized pet. She then left the pet unattended in the house and it barked continuously until the neighbors called to complain. She had parities at the house, the police were called and notified me. She and her guests were smoking so much, again a neighbor called to complain their children were getting 2nd hand smoke through their bedroom windows. The had numerous extra guests due to the parties. We have been very clear we are not a party house. We are a home for families and working profesionals so they can feel at ease when away from home. She was ask to pay the additional pet cleaning fee and to stop the parties. She in return, gave me a 1 star review.
