Exclusive loft 10 minutes to City Center

About this space
This incredible loft is located on one of the main roads of Bogotá city, Av. Caracas. In front of Transmilenio (public transport), the location is near to the international city center, universities, restaurants, National Park, Museums, and other touristic places. The building has a beautiful 360 view of Bogotá you can't miss. A double bed, kitchen, washer, and a full bath are available in the apartment with all of the utensils to cook and clean.
The space
The building has a 360 terrace with a panoramic view of the city. It also has a concrete road on the terrace for running and a Gym Park. The common area on the second floor has a ping-pong table, and a co-working space and if you need a parking spot just let us know so we can arrange it for you (it may have extra cost depending on availability).
Guest access
The apartment is located on Caracas avenue, which means that public transportation is really easy (transmilenio, Av. 39). We recommend using uber, but if you are going to use public transport, please be careful, Bogotá is a bit dangerous. The area is safe during the day, and very busy, but we DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING OUT AT NIGHT WALKING, only in Uber.
Other things to note
Recommendation: At the time of making your reservation, a photo of the guests' identity document will be requested to authorize entry to the building, as required by the administration, for security reasons for you and for all.

You can rent bicycles in the building reception, just ask the doorman. (It may have an extra cost per hour).
