Located on the 9th hole of Legends Parkland Course in Turnberry Park, it is perfect for both golfers and families alike—a 30-second drive to the clubhouse & steps away from Ailsa Pub. Three golf courses, tennis courts, and a swimming pool all provide the ideal vacation location! Shop till you drop at the Tanger Outlet Stores, just a 5-minute drive away. Only 6.8 miles to CCU, and a 20-minute drive to the airport and the heart of Myrtle Beach.
(Please note: this is a second-floor condo and stairs are involved.)

Amazing place to stay when golfing at legends. Very convenient for the course and walk to a pub for the 19th hole can’t be beat!!

The condo was clean and comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. We received very good information ahead of time about how to locate it and access it for check in, which was appreciated. Each bed had 4 pillows, there were extra blankets available, and the beds were comfortable, which is a big one for us as that's not always the case with rental homes. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Stay

Great location - walk across the parking lot to the Pub! Very clean and owner was in constant contact making sure everything was in order and OK. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect for Golf Trip

We stayed here for a quick golf trip to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Great location as we golfed at the Legends one of the days and it was also nice to have the Alisa Pub right there for some food afterwards. Had everything we needed and three bedrooms was a plus.

Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was awesome having a restaurant just steps away from the front door. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely book this condo again when we come back. I highly recommend anyone wanting to book a weekend of golf to stay here!!

The unit was as pictured and check in was smooth and easy. Communication with the Host was excellent and they were very responsive to a minor maintenance issue during the stay, which was much appreciated and reassuring. We let the Host know that the living room furniture was worn and not comfortable for watching March Madness - could use a refresh. But the neighborhood pub was close by and served as a great alternative spot to catch the games. Overall a very good value and enjoyable stay.

This was definitely one of my favorites houses to stay in. It was clean, well organized, neat, and had all the essentials you needed. The owner was easy to contact and was very kind. I would would definitely recommend to get this house. You wont regret it.

Weekend Stay

My son and I stayed at the unit while we moved him into Coastal Carolina University. Was perfect for us as it was only 15min from campus, had plenty of room, kitchen for breakfast and washer dryer to wash everything that needed washing before he moved in! I highly recommend this place!

Graduation rental

Needed a place for the family to stay while in Conway for graduation. Townhouse was very nice and location was perfect. Nice pub across the parking lot, and backs up to Legend’s golf course. The townhouse had everything we needed. Will look to stay there again when back in town. Great hosts.

The unit was in excellent condition. Would definitely stay again. In fact, I inquired if the unit would be available in early September. I would have booked in a heart beat if it were available.

Great Golf trip

We stayed here for a short golf trip, eveything was easy to book and get to the property and to the home from the owners directions. When we arrived everything was nice and clean, the home met all our needs we had and all our expectations. Its in walking distance to the clubhouse and to the pub which was nice, we had drinks and food at both locations which both were delicious. We played Parkland which was a fun course and we had a great time.

CCU family Weekend

Location was great. We were in town for CCU Family weekend and football game. Limited hotel availability. We liked having a condo instead of hotel. Able to cook and all stay together. Close distance to the school and game. Owner was great and responded immediately to any question we had thru the process.
