This beautifully remodeled condo is ready to welcome you! The condo features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, furniture, new beds and new linens. It is equipped with all the amenities that you need. Featuring 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, located on the 8th hole of Parkland Golf Course at the World Renowned Legends Golf Resort. The resort includes 3 Golf Courses, complete with a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and is only a 3 minute walk to the famous Ailsa Pub. The condo is fully equipped with all of the amenities and necessities and is just a short drive to the many attractions of Myrtle Beach, which will make your stay a memorable one!

Overall, the property was easy to get to, and check-in was a breeze. I liked that the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, including snacks. The carpet on the stairway needed cleaning. Our stay was great.

Updated unit. Great stay!

The condo was just what we were looking for! Definitely better than ones we had previously booked directly through legends resort. Updated unit. Very clean. The owner provided snacks and coffee were a nice touch! We would definitely book again!

The property was well maintained and perfectly located for a quick family get together. The hosts were incredibly gracious and accommodating.

Well-appointed, comfortable accomodations

This lovely condo was well equipped, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Our host was very responsive, and provided everything we needed, to enjoy Coastal Carolina homecoming (except a win!) We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay for Legends Holf trip

The unit was very clean, perfect location for a golf tournament at The Legends and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided info timely. We had a wonderful time.

A++ communication!

The stay was great and the property was in a great location. Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to everything with a short drive. The communication from the property owner was the best I’ve ever experienced from a rental. Knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
