I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this cottage in Clifton, Colorado. Tim and Jessica were accommodating of my requests and responded promptly to my emails and texts. The cottage was exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment that allowed me to focus on the purpose of my visit without distraction. Instructions for Wi-Fi, heating, checkout expectations, and other essentials were clearly posted and easy to follow, making my stay smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated Tim and Jessica’s hospitality, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I would happily recommend their cottage to others!

This place was gorgeous, well managed, well maintained and so easy. Tim was more than gracious and their property was a dream land! Quiet ambiance, outdoor space, privacy, and the space was perfect. The little touches like the stickers and snacks show the level of care. Thank you for hosting my mother and I for an incredible weekend! I would definitely come back!

Everything was as described. We did not require much as we just wanted a place to sleep and eat breakfast. We are not fans of hotel rooms. This place was clean, organized, the area was out of town just enough so that it was quiet at night but close enough to be convieniant.

Fantastic location for fruit and wine byway tour!

My husband and I had a fantastic time biking the Palisade fruit and wine byway! This location was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked great during the hot weather we had. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends.

Beautiful setting and homey abode

I really enjoyed my stay in this relaxing, quiet and super clean little home. Coffee outside in the morning was nice with a beautiful view and a nice walk afterwards along the canal was a highlight. I'll definitely be back.

This was a beautiful little cottage, perfect size for two people. It’s feels like it’s out in the country very quiet and quaint lovely!! I want to come back already!

Nice and quiet guest house.

Nice guest house. It was very Central to where were were attending a wedding. Liked the canal out of the window. And the willow covering the front door and patio area.

Clear arrival and property instructions, very clean, peaceful, quiet setting along the canal. Appropriate and timely communication with owners. Great staging space for exploring the area. Easy to get to.
