Very nicely finished out. John checked in with us to make sure our needs were met. We loved the area and had fun exploring nearby trails, communities and local events.Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

It was a beautiful view very clean and tidy had everything you needed. Great location for relaxing as well as hiking for all ages.

Great spot for a weekend away

Great small space that gave me and my boyfriend just what we needed. Loved the proximity to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. Only issue is that the TV didn’t work while we were there. Most of the time we were out and about, though, so it didn’t affect us too much. Would recommend!

a good spot to rest up for Skyspace or hike!

The cottage is very nicely updated. The good shower head was much appreciated when we got up before dawn to see sunrise at Skyspace. A longer than one-night visit would be great here with its useful kitchen and patio.

Cozy & Clean

Very cute cozy cottage. Perfect for one or two people. We loved that we were close to both towns we love (Woodland Park and Manitou) The cottage was clean and had basic necessities. Thank you 😊

Cozy, great host and location to all things to do!

Great location, couples hideaway. Great location to most anything, manitou, colorado springs, garden of the gods, pikes peak! Would stay every time! From Louisiana! Mr John was helpful with anything or questions! Saw deer in the yard also! Thanks again!

Much needed relaxation

My sister April and I loved the adorable cottage. It was quiet and relaxing. We checked out shops in Manitou Springs and bought souveniers. We went to the North Pole. We had a pedicure in Colorado Sprngs. We went to Estes Park. And after each day of checking things out we looked forward to coming back to the cottage. John was a wonderful host!! I am recommending this to all my friends and family as a nice get way.

Clean, comfortable, nice

We were very pleased with our stay. It was a very comfortable little cottage and just what we needed. The property manager was available if needed but actually we had no issues and didn’t really need anything. Very clean. Easy access to the road. Wish we had time to use the fire pit as it looked nice and the chairs looked very comfortable. A little gem!

We had a great stay at the cottage. It was quite possibly the cleanest place we have ever rented. Cleanliness is the most important factor for us. The cottage is perfectly located for those who want to be away from the city, but still close enough. Pikes Peak highway is 2 minutes away and Green Mountain Falls with Skyspace (what we came for) is 5 minutes away. The only thing I would have changed is having a place more secluded. I was looking for more seclusion, so if you are as well, you would be better off looking elsewhere. Of course, this is not a reflection of any issue with the property and we truly enjoyed our stay and our quick weekend away. It was quiet and peaceful still. We would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location truly couldn’t be better – it was close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still felt peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the beautiful scenery each morning was such a treat, and we loved being able to step outside and immediately feel like we were on vacation.The cabin itself was spotless and very well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and comfortable. The amenities were exactly what we needed (and more!) – from the well-stocked kitchen and cozy living area to the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi, everything made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable.The hosts were also fantastic: very responsive, kind, and helpful with recommendations and any questions we had, while still giving us plenty of privacy. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
