Designed and once lived in by renowned architect Elizabeth Wright Ingraham (granddaughter of Frank Lloyd Wright), this home is truly unlike anything else in Colorado.
Soak in your private hot tub under untouched stars, then spend your days hiking in Pike National Forest, exploring Manitou Springs, or visiting Garden of the Gods.

The home features an open layout with expansive windows, hardwood floors, a real brick fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, workspace, TV, and walk-in closet.
Enjoy a private yard, separate entrance, and back deck with hot tub, BBQ, and seating—perfect for slow mountain mornings.
This home is part of a shared property with a separate guest suite below (Winnemucca Spa) that may also be rented. There are no shared spaces, and all amenities are exclusively yours. Some light noise transfer may be possible.
Both homes are adult-focused retreats with curated artwork throughout. Family stays may be considered when both units are reserved—please inquire in advance.

Zero complaints! The mattress was fantastic. Hot tub was lovely, and was heated up ready for us on arrival night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a “mountain” stay without a treacherous crazy drive to get to.

This property has such a cozy welcoming vibe, we were genuinely sad to leave! Amazing space, amazing views, amazing host! We loved visiting Woodland Park, the town just 10 min north. Boards & Barrels in Woodland Park is the best dining I’ve ever experienced….period.

The house was incredibly cozy. The views were wonderful and the hot tub in the deck was the perfect feature. It was a peaceful getaway for my boyfriend and I. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Only thing I will say for future guests is this property is split into two VRBO’s. So while we never saw them, we could hear the downstairs guests very clearly.

I did want to add a little context for future guests... Sound transfer is typically limited to the kitchen, and not the sleeping spaces.
We’re currently working on a professional soundproofing improvement to further reduce this, and it should be completed soon.

Excellent property!
Great place to stay! The view is amazing and hot tub was a nice perk! The decor is great. The furnishings were very comfortable and location was secluded enough without being too far from dining. The internet wasn’t working at first and she got right on it and had it fixed for us the next morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful open space with incredible views
We absolutely loved this location. Everything was exactly as expected. Views and peacefulness were perfect. Loved the large kitchen space. Very relaxing. Location is wonderful for exploring Garden of gods, Manitou springs and even a trip to Cripple creek! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is the second propertywehave stayed at hosted by Kyla Rae and once again, thank you it was everything we could ask for! My husband loves Colorado and wanted to hike Pikes Peak for his birthday. And he did it! We drove here from Iowa and were able to have such a relaxing vacatiion. Our favorites: the hot tub, the collection of books to read, the yoga mat and meditation cushion, the artwork, the views! I didn't want to go home!

Amazing views!!! Me and my boyfriend LOVED this house! We will definitely be staying again on our next visit it had everything you needed to cook and enjoy your time..It was perfectly located near everything you would want to see in Colorado Springs Garden of the God's Manitou Springs Cave of the Winds and the Cliff dwellings are all within 15 mins we really loved waking up every morning to views and all the wild life that comes to visit in the mornings plus the hot tub you can't beat it...Book the house!

I chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to Green Mountain Falls, one of Colorado’s true hidden gems. It’s a tiny mountain town with an almost village-like feel—quaint, charming, and centered around a magical little lake and gazebo. In the summer, the Green Box Arts Festival brings artists from around the world and makes an already special place even more unique.
We’re also at the base of Pikes Peak, just five minutes from the entrance, and about 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods. You feel tucked away in the mountains with gorgeous views, yet the highway is right below in the valley, making both Colorado Springs and Woodland Park about 20 minutes away.
Mountain seclusion without actually being secluded— it’s a pretty special place.

The home itself has an incredible history. It was designed by renowned architect Elizabeth Wright Ingraham, granddaughter of Frank Lloyd Wright, who also lived in the home herself for several years. Her distinctive architecture, the mountain setting, and the eclectic details throughout give Winnemucca Heights a character you simply don’t find in a typical vacation rental.
