White Guesthouse with a Pool

Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.

Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

Note: Near train tracks. Pool not heated.

Comfortable and cozy

3 nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and plenty of covers for cold weather. Living room seating ok for 4 adults. Met our needs very well.

We had a great weekend at this location! The home is extremely clean and has everything you need to be comfortable and cozy. There was quick access to shopping and food. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family stay.

We needed a space for my family while we had a loved one at Mercy hospital. This was a convenient location with well thought out details throughout. Highly recommend!!

Perfect stay for my recent graduation at MSU! Location, comfort, and communication with the owner made our stay even more than we expected. While the neighborhood is a quiet older community, this home shines above! The decor and attention to detail fulfilled any needs that guests may have, making our travels and stay even more enjoyable. Waiting for grandbaby!

We stayed here for one week waiting for our grandbaby to be born in Springfield. Although he did not arrive while we were in town, we had a wonderful time at this property. The host is a sweetheart and was super helpful all week long. The place is clean and updated nicely with plenty of space for a family.

Great set up for a family. House had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms are a huge bonus when traveling with children. Super clean, nice outdoor spaces and the pool was a nice bonus.

Amazing weekend rental

This cozy little house is an amazing weekend getaway. Clean and organized. The beds were super comfortable and having the pool in the back just made the whole weekend that much better 10/10 would recommend

Cool spot

A great place to base out of if you’re in Springfield, MO. The host was so intentional with the home amenities. Loved toe pool for cooling off and hanging out. Super clean!! We will stay there again for sure.

Best House I’ve Booked

This is by far the most beautiful house I have booked before. This house was done to absolute perfection as it was beautiful inside and out, as well as so many useful amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and great for early morning jogs. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Springfield vacation

This VRBO was everything the was promised. It as a very nice house with all the amenities. The kids enjoyed the stock tank pool. It was close to all the attractions we were interested in visiting. I would highly recommend this house for your next stay in Springfield!
