Great Ski Vacation

This condo is located very close to ski lift, so great ski in/out access. Very clean upon arrival. Well equipped kitchen. We will be back.

Good place to stay in Collingwood

Clean, has all you need in the kitchen. Communication was great and efficient. Was missing a hair dryer and ironing board, but made due. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Great location

enjoyable stay but no coffee maker. Espresso machine that needs pods so bring your own coffee maker! It was getting mild and there was huge ice hanging above the entrance which could do serious injury or death if they were to break off. Very scary. I would rent again but watch out for the ice.

Anniversary getaway

My wife and I took a trip to blue mountain to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary for 2 nights. The place was ok , fairly clean but definitely run down . Our first day was good with only a minor problem that the coffee maker was not working, I messaged the property manager and they sent over a new coffee machine very quickly . The main problem started in the middle of the night when the main breaker had tripped. We woke up to a very cold condo with no power. I managed to find the electrical panel and reset the main breaker and informed the property manager of the issue. The breaker tripped 2 more times within the next couple of hours. Again I informed the manager and asked if we could switch units as there obviously was an issue. They sent a maintenance employee to trouble shoot and didn’t find anything. Later that evening while in the middle of cooking our anniversary dinner the breaker tripped again . The manager said they couldn’t do anything until the next day when they could contact and electrician. . I was able to reset the breaker again and it seemed to be ok for the rest of the night. We did feel a little uneasy sleeping for fear of an electrical fire . There is obviously an issue if the main breaker is tripping so often. Hopefully they solve this problem before the next guests arrive and everyone is safe to stay there.

The situation you experienced with the breaker was truly unfortunate and we sincerely apologize that it came about during your anniversary getaway. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to resolve the issue in a more timely fashion. Following your check-out, our Maintenance Team was able to troubleshoot the issue in more detail and decommissioned a troublesome circuit in the electrical panel. Again, we greatly apologize that the breaker was troublesome during your stay, and we hope that you will consider giving us the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
