This beautiful modern two-bedroom, two-level condo is located in scenic Collingwood/Blue Mountains, Ontario. Nestled at the base of Blue Mountain with ski-in, ski-out access(snow conditions permitting) to Blue Mountain's North Chair (expert terrain), this tranquil and light-filled vacation home features beautiful views of the surrounding woods,hills, lake and mountain stream, all linens and towels, quick and easy on-site check-in/out and free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village (A 3-minute drive/15-20 min walk.)

Please note that the Condo is directly on the mountain slope so there are a number of steps to reach the front door.

The MAIN floor of the this unit features a huge front entrance deck with picnic table, a fully-equipped kitchen, quartz counters and eating area, sunny living room with feature fireplace and 50" television with Cable and netflix, walk-out to a full size balcony, a 3-piece shower room, and a spacious bedroom with twin beds, flatscreen television and a double closet. Free Wifi Hi Speed Internet / Free Netflix / Free parking

The SECOND floor features a loft-style Master bedroom with LED flatscreen, 4-piece ensuite bathroom with rain shower and a walkout to a private balcony with seating area and views of the resort and Georgian Bay in the distance.

On-site amenities include access to an outdoor heated swimming pool open Victoria Day-Labour Day, Hot tub (year round), tennis courts, free shuttle service to the Village. Hiking, skiing and snowshoeing is at your front door with easy access to trails up Blue Mountain and along the Bruce Trail.

This Blue Mountain vacation rental is close to all amenities including golf, tennis, shopping, Scandinave spa, restaurants, zip cable lining, mountain biking and mini putt.

Weekend Family Ski Trip

Great condo overall with a nicely updated look inside. Booking and communication leading up to the weekend was easy and instructions on condo use were straight forward. Great location with easy access to the Weider Express ski lift though we chose to drive over. If we had to nitpick, the loft bedroom mattress felt like it could use replacing and the loft shower lacked water pressure. Not sure it that was the result of it being an ultra water-conserving type head or the water pressure to the condo development itself. That said, these issues were minor and wouldn't stop us from renting again or recommending to others.

Seniors Getaway

3 senior ladies on a 2 night "girls getaway"; property was everything we had hoped it would be, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, & as an extra special touch, the owners left us a lovely bottle of wine, with their compliments!! Simple check in/check out. Two thumbs up all around. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this condo to others!!

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and we had only a 5 minute drive to the village. The Blue Mountain Village was very nice and would have been even better if it wasn’t raining. We were also near many small towns that were nice to go to. The rental itself was very clean and extremely comfortable. I definitely would stay here again, it was one of our top 3 rentals we have been to with VRBO. Everything was perfect and the packet of information that was left for us was very informative on the rental and places to see/do.

Location close to spa, caves and downtown. The condo was quiet, well stocked and no need to bring anything extra. More than enough for the 3 people. Both hosts communicate well and where available if needed. Would return

Nice and as advertised

Loved the place as advertised. Quiet and comfortable stay. Hosts were attentive and available when needed. Would love to stay again. Great proximity to the village and other activities. Onsite pools and hot tub made the stay resort like. Parking spots designed for full sized pick up trucks.

Family vacation

Loved our stay at this super-clean mountainside condo. It was really quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the mountain stream off the deck, while we enjoyed our morning coffee. The owners were very responsive and polite! The condo was in a great location, not far from the village and other attractions. It was also a great value for the $. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Blue - Family Retreat

The condo unit was pleasantly even better than expected. Check in and out was seamless. The unit has all the amenities you desire for your home away from home. The unit has three balconies, two of which are quite private with a wooded area adjacent. One of the ideal spots on the property Inoue opinion. The condo unit is very nicely updated with beautiful bathrooms, living room and kitchen area. The condo units are extremely close to the main Blue Mountain Village area which we enjoyed daily when we were not swimming in the condo resort pool. Highly recommend this unit to anyone reading the reviews. We would not hesitate to return again.

Short and sweet

We stayed at this lovely place for couple of nights and absolutely enjoyed every second, privacy and the gorgeous view were the highlights, and of course the cleanliness of the property and all accommodation were the highest standards. Overall 5 star and up.

Lovely Condo

Indian Restaurant on premise was just about to open, menu looks great. Overall a lovely getaway in May as it is off-season so it was very quiet at night. Note that there are stairs up to the unit so this is not for people with mobility issues and you could hear the neighbours going up and down the stairs inside their unit. Also about a 5 minute walk to the shuttle hut if you want a shuttle to the village (you will need to book ahead online). But a lovely condo, well equipped and great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay

The property is bright and clean with all the beddings that we need. We also like how the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for easy cooking during our stay. We enjoyed the sound of the water stream and birds chipping on the deck!

Perfect getway

Had a great time staying here. The host was accommodating and the communication was great. We've stayed at this resort before, but this is now our favourite unit. Strongly recommended.

We are a family of four, originally from England and Spain, and moved to Canada and Collingwood in 2010. We are an active family and love all outdoor activities including biking, hiking, skating, swimming and beaches but most especially skiing and snowboarding. So Collingwood/Blue Mountains is the perfect venue for us with no end of activities to participate in.

We love to travel and explore new places, and Collingwood offers it all! Over the past 20 years, Intrawest Resorts has spent millions of dollars creating a perfect getaway for a weekend, a week or a month!

Less than 2 hours from Toronto, this condo located at North Creek resort is the perfect jumping off point for enjoying a wide range of activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, swimming, zip-lining, Eco-adventures, golfing, tennis or just kicking back at the beautiful beaches of Georgian Bay.

We live in the Town of Collingwood 15 minutes from the Blue Mountain Resort so are close by if needed and know the surrounding area very well.

We explored most of Canada before deciding where we chose to live and the Collingwood/Blue Mountains area is the perfect combination for us - On Georgian bay of Lake Huron, next to the largest and best ski resort in Ontario and within 2 hours of Toronto.
We bought this property in June 2014 and have completed an extensive renovation in May 2022 to make this condo perfectly equipped for for short term rental.
We bought the property as an investment solely for short term rental and will not be using ourselves as we live 15 minutes away in Collingwood - the primary purpose is to provide the ultimate accommodation for you, the guest. We would like to share with you all the activities in the surrounding area that we enjoy ourselves. It is not a weekend home for us with the guest as a secondary supplemental income to help pay for our cottage - we are here for you and will be on hand to answer questions immediately and make the booking process as smooth as possible.

Our Condo is a quiet, modern, private and tranquil oasis within the Blue Mountain Resort area, away from the late night noise of the village but within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. It is situated directly on the Mountain, overlooking the slopes with forest views from the side and rear patio area which you can enjoy whilst dining outside and listening to the relaxing sounds of the mountain stream running by. The loft bedroom balcony also offers a quiet space to enjoy a book or a glass of wine with distant views of the bay.
A two-level, two bathroom layout ensures that everyone has adequate space and comfort and an extensively equipped kitchen allows you to stay and cook at home if you wish.
The condo is attractively and comfortably furnished with everything you could wish for including wifi high speed internet, Cable, Netflix, and free parking. All this in the perfect location that is ski-in/ski-out with the added on site facilities of a heated swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub, tennis courts, bbq and laundry facilities - what more could you ask for!
