Entire Home, garden and deck

Located in Wilmore, a welcoming vibrant community nestled in heart of Charlotte offering a unique blend of city life and historic bungalow living. Bordering South End with a plethora of fabulous restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, nightlife and walking distance to the Panther's Bank of America Stadium.

Pedestrian & bike friendly, rent a scooter or grab and Uber or bring your car. We have off street parking on the driveway and additional parking on the street. Plug up your car for EV 110V charge while parked in our driveway.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
Quiet times: 10pm - 8am
No incense, glitter or confetti , Drugs, Smoking on the property
Use non-breakable dishware outdoors
Make sure to turn off the lights & fireplace when you leave the house. Close & lock the windows and lock the door (press the Yale logo on Keypad).
Remove items in refrigerator and take garbage to trash carts.
Run disposal with cold water to ensure no food is in the disposal.
Let us know if there is any damage or breakage as soon as possible but no later than checkout
Parking for 2 cars off street, additional cars must be approved prior to arrival
Additional cleaning (excessive mess) - $100.00 per hour
Any significant damage, including smoking in the house or on the property, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and cost to remediate.
No more than 6 registered guests or visitors on the property. Unregistered or unapproved (must be in writing) guests or visitors $150 per person per day and you may be required to immediately vacate.
Outdoor security cameras are installed facing the garden/driveway, deck and front entrance. Smoke and Noise monitored. No disabling or tampering with outdoor cameras or monitors, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees.
Not to be used for commercial purposes including photo and/or video
No air mattresses
This is a residential property; it is vital that the space and all common areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeit of your entire reservation and possible fees.
MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It's recommended to obtain a local PO Box if you need access to mail during your stay.
TIMELY CHECKOUTS: Unapproved Late checkouts will incur a fee of $100 per hour (or any part of an hour) over check out time. Our turnover team is on a pretty tight schedule, and unfortunately we can’t accommodate checkouts past 10am.
SMOKING: Not allowed in or around property (this also includes hookah) Minimum $895 fee
TOWELS + LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
PHOTO: Registrant must have a legible photo with their profile
PETS: Pets are not allowed on property; $1,000 pet fee
LOCAL GUESTS: Please send inquiry before booking a reservation explaining the purpose of the visit
Any violation of the house rules can lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund; you may also incur additional fees and forfeiture of your booking fees and security deposit
We are not responsible for injury caused by hammock use.
All guests are required to provide phone number, email address, and agreement to your house rules.

If you want to book for longer than 29 days we require an approved rental application and lease agreement.

Fantastic property in South End Charlotte

Nancy and her team were very responsive and accommodating. The home was beautiful, filled with natural light and felt even larger than it looked online. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and functional. The location was close to everything. We could walk to South End or take a short uber when we wanted to go to a different neighborhood. Nancy, thanks for such a great experience!

Beautiful, updated home in a stunning neighborhood

My parents, husband, myself and our 14 month old daughter stayed in this beautiful and well-appointed home together for a long weekend. We were VERY comfortable in the house - plenty of space for all of us. We messaged the host in advance about baby gear and they were so very helpful in alleviating the amount of items we needed to lug through the airport. In general, the host was 10/10 on communication before, during, and after our stay. The house is in a fantastic neighborhood; we felt very safe and it was quiet! There is so much to do within walking distance or a short drive. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were small touches throughout the house that really elevated the experience. We spent some time on the back patio playing some of the provided games and creating good memories. We really had the most wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend to others (and we'd stay again!)

Walk to South End

Wilmore is a nice neighborhood and excellent location walking distance to south end shops and restaurants. This house is just as advertised, nicely appointed with everything we needed.

Beautiful design and walkable to everything

My friends and I had a great weekend the home is so clean and the attention to detail is incredible. Every room has its own feel while seamlessly flowing with the rest of the house. The design was so fun and entertaining but did not feel cluttered. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to everything in Southend we barley drove except to get groceries. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Could not recommend this house enough!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I selected this historic bungalow for its fabulous in town location on the border of bustling South End and The Gold District. The neighborhood is charming, pedestrian friendly and close to great shops and restaurants. The homes are all different and well loved by their owners.

We had so much fun designing the home for it's complete studs out renovation along side the confines of the historic board's approval. The final result is a beautiful modern and comfy home. I spared no expense and furnished the home with eclectic furniture, décor, including original paintings from my sister and my mother's pottery. I thought of everything that I would want in a home during my travels. If I missed anything please let me know.
