Overall great stay. Place was perfect size for a couples getaway. Were able to check in a little early which was great. Minor issue with ants in the bathroom but owner apologized and was very communicative.

So glad they enjoyed their stay. Yes mother nature has been brutal this summer - rain, humidity, wind, ants, you name it! Future guests, we do have a Pest Control company and we are always willing to help during your stay!

The Galena Territories is quite the community. We were not there for gold but looked like great courses. We also did not use the pools, but looked very nice. It is 5 miles to Galena but we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect space for the 2 of us! Maybe want to pay attention to paint as walls are marked up from wear and tear. Also lot of spots where the drywall tape is breaking through

Overall we were happy with the stay, location was great, views great, star gazing was awesome. Amenities were lacking compared to other VBROs. My last VBRO rental had a Keurig, pods and creamers and just simple little touches that made the home more welcoming. The property was easy to access and the floor plan was good, liked the dining table area and it was nice to have a bath on both levels.

We’re glad you enjoyed your stay! We focus on the things that matter most to our guests—a clean, comfortable home with quality furnishings in a great location. We also strive to be transparent about what is provided. While we do not supply coffee creamer, we provide paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand and dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, propane for the grill, and all towels and linens. We hope these essentials help make traveling and settling into the home easier.

We’re so glad to hear you had a great experience overall. We understand that mattress comfort is very personal, and while many guests enjoy the support of the bed, we know preferences can vary. We’re pleased to hear that aside from that, your stay was enjoyable.
