This little hidden gem was perfect for our short stay. The apartment had everything we needed and clean, clean and did I mention clean! Restaurants close by and people were friendly. Would stay there again!

Awesome Stay

The apartment was an excellent pick. We stayed 4 days and really enjoyed it. A very modern and classy decor, and comfortable. Very clean. Awesome extras: specialty tea, coffee, cooking supplies. The shower is fantastic!

Perfect place to stay

The property manager was very quick with responses. Great little apartment. Very clean, modern and right in town. Walk to restaurants, felt safe even traveling alone.

Awesome place

My husband and i stayed for 2 days and we loved it! We walked everywhere. We bar hoped and walked back so its perfect place to stay if you plan on drinking. To top it of, the apartment is super cute and very clean. You wont be disappointed if you stay here.

This was such a nice Vrbo in a lovely town! The apartment was super clean! The host provided a binder full of a ton of helpful information about the area like places to eat and visit so you can best enjoy your stay in greenwood lake. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay!

Very cozy

The suite was cozy with everything I needed. The village has a good amount of places to walk to and the dog park close by is a bonus!

Cute Community

Stayed here to do some hiking and see the lake. Absolutely adorable dog bed there for my guy. He’s 10.5 so that was a blessing I did not think so bring myself. Also dog park right down the street! Quiet, next to coffee shop (HUGE BONUS) and super clean and cute ❤️

Such a cozy and clean place

The apartment was so cozy! It was exactly as shown on the listing. We loved that it had all you needed for an enjoyable stay. The cafe was really good for breakfast and coffee at the Greenwoood Lake Coffee Roasters was always delicious. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Lucas for making things super easy!

Great hosts, gorgeous surroundings and clean and beautiful apartment. Definitely would recommend for a quick escape from the chaos that NYC can be.

Comfortable Rental

We loved this place in Greenwood Lake! It was very clean and well decorated. Lucas was so fast to respond with any questions we had too. And we loved the Village Buzz cafe! This is the first place we will try to book for our next NY trip.

The Perfect Place for Us

We were looking to get a better sense of Greenwood Lake and this spot in the village was the perfect spot. The space is very thoughtfully designed, and felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we opened the door. Even our dog was relaxed and cozy. Able to walk around to shops and restaurants, and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather for a walk to the lakeside park

Cozy clean and convenient

Exactly what I needed for the weekend. Bed is very comfortable. Occasionally noisy from upstairs neighbors but always quiet at night. Highly recommend the local farm stands and coffee. Excellent communication with property representative. Parking space is literally right outside so easy to bring your stuff in and out.

It’s a family affair with Ted, an architect and Karen, an interior designer doing the on-site work, our son Lucas handling bookings and registration services, and our business partner Jamie owner of the Village Buzz.

The apartment is located in Greenwood Lake Village in a building with an eatery. In a three block area, you can walk to bakeries, shops, eateries, taverns, and coffee shops. There is a yoga studio next door, a massage therapist across the street, and a dog park just a block away.

Guests have a reserved parking spot if driving. The NJ Transit stop is a block away and since all of Greenwood Lake is walkable, you don't need a car. The bus goes to downtown Warwick with dozens of shops and eateries. There is also a taxi service that covers the entire Warwick Valley area.
