Beautiful property! The view from the deck was soothing, serene…so relaxing. Our host was wonderful. Responsive, communicative and so friendly. We will stay again!

Cute, small and comfortable cabin overlooking Greenwood Lake. Spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake. Even made a Sunday trip driving into NYC, no problem, not much traffic early. Location convenient to small towns, everyone friendly. A great place to stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

Had a great time at the little house. House was clean and location was beautiful with views of the lake right off the deck. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a getaway on the lake.

Little House, Big Fun!

The Little House was so lovely! Such a relaxing, cozy space with an incredible view. It is a perfect place to stay if visiting the Renaissance Faire.

The home was clean, the area was charming and had plenty of places around for food, supplies etc. One thing I would suggest is to bring a space heater along. The house took a bit to warm up when we arrived.

Big fun at the Little House

Weather was great, view was spectacular, house had all we needed for a restful getaway. Our host, Julia, was gracious as always. Will certainly be back.

Perfect Retreat

We cannot overstate how perfect this cottage was for us to have a quiet retreat. The place has all you need to unwind and drink in the view. The owners went above and beyond (we stayed 2 full months!). Everything was lovely, thanks Julia :)

Beautiful

Just the right size. Beautiful view. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There is a little ant issue but other than that, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed at The Little House for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very basic but had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Julia was very quick to respond to messages. Overall we had a very nice time!

Peaceful Retreat

We were fortunate enough to spend a month at this lovely cottage- and it did not disappoint! The cottage retreat is even better than the pics- clean, well stocked- gorgeous lake view and super helpful owner (thanks Julia)! We loved it so much we are booking another month! We give the place a 10/10!

Beautiful view of the lake

It was perfect for myself and my 2 dogs. We stayed 2 months. It has an amazing view of the lake. Everything you need was available. I would definitely stay again. You will love the nice quiet area. I was especially fascinated by the 2 guinea hens that roamed the neighborhood. They eat all the insects in the yards.Highly recommend

Summertime in the little house.

Enjoyable stay in the cottage with nice lake view and friendly neighbours. Julia was always easy to reach and communicate with. Everything we needed was either available upon arrival or provided in timely manner upon request. We would love to return to the little house in the future.

Disappointed Not as Pictured

Cottage is in a nice place, but there was not one comfortable place to sit ! Furniture,falling apart wicker,cushions torn, filling falling out. We fixed the WIFI ( were told to call the tech guy ourselves)broken TV. Broken patio umbrella.Filthy, sticky bathroom floor. Mat in tub full of fungus.Rickety ,dirty night stands. Metal sitting set in front, rusty, falling apart. Total trash. Too bad the owner didn't care . Could have been great. Save your money, don't wish this experience on anyone. UGH!!

Nice area with good views

It went well . I personally didn’t like the steep hills everywhere. Neighbors we’re very nice . In general I was a bit negative about NY . ??
