This must-see home on Siesta Key offers a much sought after modern and contemporary design. With plenty of space for the entire family. This unit, located on the 2nd floor above the garage, has 3 bedroom, 2/5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. Complete with a full kitchen, living, and dining space, make this place your home away from home and enjoy the breathtaking views from the incredible rooftop pool!

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- This property is stairs only; all guest must have the ability to climb stairs.
- Check-in is located at our office at 5700 Midnight Pass Rd. Suite 1 Siesta Key, FL
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No garage parking.
- This home is dog Friendly. An additional charge of $39 Per Dog, Per Night will be applied. All other pets are not permitted. Please speak with a member of our team to confirm breed and weight restrictions.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Loved the house! Close to everything, only down fall is there are a lot of steps and you can’t use the elevator.

Great location near the beach. The condo is well kept and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Would not recommend if you have elderly family members due to only having access to the stairs.

Great location and spacious!

This was a great location to the main beach! Very easy walk with four kids and grandparent! The pool on the roof was a HUGE plus and allowed more time spent in the water.

The home was clean and furnished as well as outfitted as advertised. Great location. Four minute walk to the beach 12 minute walk to town. In a quiet neighborhood. Although they do warn you, the elevator does not work so there are quite a bit of stairs.

Amazing property within walking distance to the beach only right around the corner. Clean and had everything we needed including rafts, wagon, cooler and more! Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet.

Great siesta spot

Absolutely fab. Only reason not 5 stars was elevator broken and a ton of stairs lol. But. Was healthy for me lol. Lovely spot.

Very smooth check in process. Always responded back promptly when I had any questions. Property was as described and close to a Breeze stop as well as the beach. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others. We were prepared for walking up all the stairs, but that might not work for all families, especially when it’s hot out.The only suggestions I would have would be to perhaps keep the pool filled a bit higher. I understand that might be hard to do and that evaporation plays a big part. Also, a new hose is needed by the garage to wash off all the beach gear. Very minor things.The overall experience was excellent and hopefully we get the opportunity to come back and stay at this property.

Good Times

The place was clean, convenient for going to beach, had small issues like elevator giving us grief and having to walk 4 flights of stairs, but otherwise it served its purpose very well. Thank you for your hospitality. God bless

Good location

Nice location, short walk to beach and 15 minute walk to village. Plenty of space. Did have an issue with pool heater that was not resolved while we were there, despite multiple calls to management company. Free bike rental in village which our kids loved. Fits 7-8 comfortably.

Great place 1 block from the beach

Really nice and spacious apartment and very clean. The pool, however, was half drained; and after multiple attempts to get management to fill it so we could swim, they never followed through. Needless to say my kids were disappointed that they did not get to use the pool. Other than that, we would definitely go back.

Thank you very much for your positive review. The pool is about 80% full since it is on the roof and needs to be able to account for rain filling it further. Loved Siesta Key!!!

Lot’s of space, beds comfortable, pillows horrible, master bath great, 2nd bath tub did not drain, told mgt company, never resolved. Needs new deck furniture! Functional living room furniture not well decorated. Loved Siesta Key beach and village, great restaurants and awesome live music. We will be back! ( Will rent next time on beach!!!)

Not quite what it was advertised. The Elevator did not work and being an older disabled person that was a challenge getting up and down the stairs.Confirmed the pool had been cleaned however did not get up to the pool until the day before departure. Many bird feathers in the pool along with looked like a large pile of feces in the pool. so did not use the pool. Was overall a disappointment compared to the pictures and advertisement.

Check in was efficient. The property was well cleaned. It was convenient to have beach supplies ready that we didn’t have to bring from home. The location was very convenient to the beach and to the village. Having the pool on the roof was fun and unique!

Staying 6 nights, host should provide more than 2 trash bags. Noone wants to go shopping for trash bags while they’re on vacation nor would they pack them in their luggage.
