There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations.

No one who is not on the original request to rent is authorized to stay at the house overnight in the house or on the property.

We ask that absolutely no cigarette, or cigar, smoking occur anywhere on, or around the property.

We also must cap the total number of people at the house or staying on the property at 10, including yourselves as renters. We want you to enjoy YOUR time at the house, and on the Key, but we cannot be a place where constant visitors are turning up to join in your vacation.
