We’re glad to hear that you found the location of the property ideal. We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Rest assured, all concerns have been addressed and should not be an issue for future guests. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will use it to enhance our services.

We understand the frustration, but the situation needs to be represented accurately. The original property became unavailable because necessary repairs were required, so an alternative home was provided rather than allowing you to arrive at a property that was not ready. The early check-in was offered as a courtesy based on the circumstances at that time, but early access is always dependent on property readiness and operational conditions on the day of arrival. When circumstances changed, the earlier check-in could no longer be accommodated. That was not a disregard of your reservation or an attempt to inconvenience you—it was a necessary operational decision. We recognize that the change affected your plans, but presenting the situation as though management simply refused to honor its commitments does not fairly reflect the reason the adjustment was made or the effort taken to secure an alternative property for your stay.

Thank you for sharing your concerns Lila. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We regret that we were not made aware of any of these issues during your stay, as we would have been eager to address them promptly. We strive for transparency and fairness, and it saddens us to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our maintenance team has conducted a thorough inspection of the property and will begin making necessary upgrades immediately. Our professional cleaning crew usually maintains the property to high standards, and we regret this oversight. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to further enhance our services and guest experience.
