Rain or shine, the screen porch is the perfect spot to bask in the tranquility of the serene lake. With a mooring that can accommodate up to a 24' pontoon boat or a 22' bowrider, you'll have endless fun in the sun on Sebago Lake, with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River for over 40 miles of boatable waterway. Also, enjoy access to 12 association beaches, a refreshing swimming pool, tennis courts, a golf course, and even a restaurant and ice cream stand. With so much to offer, Frye Island is truly a one-of-a-kind destination.

Family Vaca '24

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great time on FI. The cottage was clean and the view of the leap was great. It is close to the ferry. The kitchen was a bit small but overall the cottage fit 6 adults comfortably. I would stay at this cottage again.

Perfect for a relaxing week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good size for us, the screened porch let us enjoy the air and keep kids safe on porch. Path to the dock was perfect and loved the privacy. It was private and secluded. The cabin was clean and offered all you could ask for.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week. The house has a great location on the water directly across from Frye’s Leap. Also, very close to the Cafe, General Store, and Ferry Landing. The house is small, but charming and very well equipped. We enjoyed the screened in part of the porch to sit and read or stare at the lake without the bugs getting to you.

Very nice property. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the restaurant/genreal store, ferry dock, and right across from the Leap! Beautiful views.

July 4th Week on Frye Island - Awesome as Always

The large dock was great for relaxing and the view of Fry's Leap was fun!
