4 Bed Home on Dale Hollow Lake, Steps from East Port Marina

Welcome to our cozy and charming pet-friendly lake house, The Grand View, nestled on the peaceful and picturesque shores of Dale Hollow Lake. With its stunning views and tranquil surroundings, this is the perfect getaway for lake lovers and their furry friends. This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located just steps from East Port Marina in Alpine, Tennessee. The spectacular view of the lake from the house cannot be beat! Spend your vacation enjoying all the lake has to offer during the day, and relaxing in the evening with fun family activities like roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, grilling, playing board games and corn hole or just enjoying the outdoors.
As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open floor plan, with plenty of natural light and a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house has 2 floors, both with beautiful lake views. The upstairs has a kitchen, dining area, living space, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower/tub combo). The downstairs has a second kitchen, laundry room, sitting area with pull out sofa, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom (shower-only). We can’t forget to mention the high-speed WiFi and cable television so can stay connected, stream your favorite music or movie, and never miss the big game!
Kitchens are fully equipped and stocked with silverware, plates, mugs, and all the supplies you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There is a propane grill located on the porch that you are welcome to use. Bath towels, kitchen towels, and sheets will be provided, but we do ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels.
The home can comfortably sleep 8 but can accommodate 2 additional guests on the downstairs pull out sofa.
We love dogs at the Grand View and welcome all well-behaved and potty-trained pups with a pet deposit. East Port Marina is also very dog friendly, so they are sure to have a great time!
One of the perks of this home is that you are truly right on East Port Marina- so you don’t have to deal with parking during the high season - all you have to do is walk down the hill! East Port Marina also has a restaurant and store with necessary lake and fishing supplies, as well as boat, kayak, and other water toy rentals. Lastly, if you have a wedding or event to attend at The Farm at East Port, we would love to have you. We are located 1.6 miles (about a 5 min drive) to the venue.
