Close to the lake. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend the unit. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or reading.

Location was perfect…walk to restaurants and kayak rental on Lake Como. Condo was very clean and met all our needs. Enjoyed the pool very much. Great stay!

Great!

Property was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Great location and quiet area. Pool was great and lots of seating. Property manager was great with any pre- questions and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The communication with the host was excellent. Very prompt responses. The location of the condo in relation to the pool, tennis courts, kayaking and Lake Como was excellent as well. Beautiful view from the balcony. There were plenty of clean towels as well for our entire stay. Cleanliness was average. We noticed quite a few cobwebs during our stay as well as the first thing I noticed was how dirty the carpet on the stairs and the rug at the front door was. It could certainly benefit from being shampooed or replaced. The windows were pretty dirty as well. There were a few things that were kind of unsightly that I feel the condo could really benefit from having fixed such as the broken screen door just laying against the sliding door in the way and a knob broken off one of the bedroom lamps. The electrical wiring in the kitchen was sketchy to say the least. I do feel the description is misleading. I would say that this condo sleeps 4 at the most. There is not in fact, a rollaway twin in the condo as I found out the morning of arrival however, I will say the property management company was fabulous to bring one in immediately prior to us arriving. The recliners in the condo are in okay condition, but the couch with the sleeper sofa could VERY much benefit from being replaced. It is in pretty bad shape and extremely difficult to sleep on offering no support at all. We ended up purchasing a queen air mattress instead. There were pros and cons but we still had a great getaway!

Great Location but...

The property was nice, location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, but I was a little disappointed in the condition of the interior. There were upgrades made, but the shower was slippery getting in and out. There were some drainage issues in the kitchen, and we eventually found a bowl placed under the sink to catch some leaking water (it had been there awhile). The front entrance had beautiful windows, but no coverage at night, and you could see directly into the condo. The furniture was clean but not very comfortable, it is in need of replacement. The balcony was not very clean, or comfortable, the floor was covered in what looked like a black, greasy substance, which was a shame because morning coffee out there would have been very relaxing. All in all, it was a nice place, but I think I expected more for the cost.

The pans for cooking were really old and not cleaned well. Only used them once because they were gross. The pillows for the bed need to be more uniform. They were not comfortable. The pool was very nice and a lovely view of the lake’s

These condominiums are at least 60 years old. I’m sure some have been updated properly, this isn’t one of them. They advertise as a beautiful lake view. Well, you can’t see the lake very well since the balcony sliders are “foggy”, since the glass has been damaged from age and water leakage. They need to replace them. There are other windows that have the similar problems. You would think that the windows would have been washed in and out before our arrival. They weren’t. The floor is buckling at the kitchen entrance. This is a tripping hazard. It looks like they replaced the floor without replacing the subfloor. If you like bugs of all species inside the condo, you’ll love this place. Additionally, each time we entered the condo. We would start coughing. You can see from the finishes that this condo’s renovations were apparently DIY. I was under the impression that VRBO properties had higher standard requirements. This place was horrible.
