Palma Rosa is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home in the Palma Sola area of northwest Bradenton, Florida, with quick access to Anna Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy, Robinson Preserve, De Soto National Memorial, restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Coast attractions. The home sleeps up to 9 guests and centers around a private heated pool and large screened outdoor living area.



Families, couples, sports travelers, and groups can enjoy a single-level home with two king bedrooms, a flexible third bedroom, garage game room, beach gear, Level 2 EV charging, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax.



Pool & Outdoor Living

The private screened pool and outdoor living area are at the center of the home, with many rooms opening directly to the lanai. The covered area includes comfortable seating, outdoor dining, and a 58-inch Roku TV, while the backyard overlooks a small lake that attracts tropical birds and other wildlife.



The pool is heated to approximately 86°F at no additional charge.



The pool uses an electric heat pump. Cold weather can affect its ability to maintain the desired temperature, and the heater will enter freeze-protection mode and will not operate when outdoor temperatures are below approximately 50°F. Refunds are not provided for weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control that affect pool temperature.



The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. As with any residential outdoor pool, leaves or other debris may occasionally fall into the water between service visits. A pool net is provided for guest use.



A removable child-safety fence is available for the pool area. Guests are responsible for properly setting up the fence and ensuring the gates remain secured. Please contact us before your stay if you would like assistance with setup. Pool safety features are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for active adult supervision of children in or around the pool and home.



Glass is not permitted in the pool or on the pool deck. Plastic drinkware and dishes are provided. Glass in or around the pool may require the pool to be drained and professionally cleaned, and guests may be responsible for resulting costs or damage.



A gas grill and grilling utensils are provided.



Inside the Home

Palma Rosa has an open, comfortable single-level floor plan centered around the pool and outdoor living space. The interior is bright and spacious with cheerful coastal decor.



The living room includes a large sectional, electric fireplace, Roku TV, and queen sleeper sofa.



The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, an additional beverage refrigerator, and the dishes, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare meals. Coffee options include a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and French press. A blender, toaster, microwave, and other kitchen essentials are also provided.



The indoor dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 counter stools. Outdoor dining is also available on the screened lanai.



A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom: King bed with direct access to the pool. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a walk-in tile shower, and soaking tub.



Bedroom 2: King bed, large closet, dresser, and sliding-door access directly to the pool.



Bedroom 3: Full bed, twin bed, and twin trundle bed.



Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa.



The second full bathroom has direct access to the pool area, making it convenient for guests coming in from swimming.



Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.



Game Room, Beach Gear & Extras

The garage game area includes ping pong, foosball, and darts.



We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, toys, and other beach gear so guests can enjoy Anna Maria Island without having to bring as much from home.



Guests also receive a small starter supply of items such as local coffee, toiletries, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. Additional supplies may need to be purchased depending on the length of the stay and amount used.



EV Charging

A Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 plug is provided for guests at no additional charge.

The location provides convenient access to Anna Maria Island, Robinson Preserve, De Soto National Memorial, IMG Academy, Premier Sports Campus, downtown Bradenton, restaurants, shopping, boat launches, and Gulf Coast attractions.

Getting Around & Parking

A car is recommended for exploring the area, although Uber and Lyft are also available.



The home has a large semicircular driveway with ample off-street parking and space that can accommodate most boats. The neighborhood has low traffic, sidewalks, and convenient access to local walking and bicycling trails.



Traveling With a Larger Group?

We also own Palma Janoli, the vacation home directly next door. Palma Rosa and Palma Janoli can be reserved together for groups of up to 17 guests, providing two neighboring homes, two private pools, and separate indoor living spaces while keeping the group together.



Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome with a $175 pet fee per dog and must be disclosed when booking. Dogs must be current on applicable vaccinations.



Guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up pet waste and excessive pet hair or messes inside the home. Pets are not permitted on bedding, furniture, or in the pool. Dog blankets are provided for guests who need additional protection for furnishings.



Undisclosed pets will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. Additional damage or cleaning required because the pet rules were not followed may also be charged to the guest.



Cameras & Noise Monitoring

For safety and property protection, there is a Ring doorbell camera facing the front entrance and driveway and a Ring security camera overlooking the pool-equipment area on the south side of the home. Both are exterior devices that are motion activated and record audio and video.



NoiseAware devices monitor noise levels in the pool area and inside the garage. These only monitor sound levels and do not record or transmit audio.



These devices are not actively monitored but may be reviewed when needed for safety, security, or compliance with property rules.



Guest Access

Guests have access to the home and guest-use areas with the exception of one locked owner's closet containing personal items.
