The home is beautiful! The location is great! It is close to the beach and other places such as bowling, a rolled ice cream shop, restaurants. The private pool was great! I would definitely recommend this place!

Overall, the property was great as far as space. It could use some updates and maintenance. Also, the door code didn't work when we arrived, so we had to call to have it reset.

Property in good location. Updates needed inside, older furniture not well maintained, sliding glass door by pool was missing the door handle, master light in toilet area did not work, outdoor landscape maintenance needed, outside garage key pad did not work, outdoor pool lost its clear view towards the end of the week, needed to be shocked, pool jets did not work. Very limited initial supplies provided for the size of house: two total garbage size bags for kitchen waste/recycle bins as an example (group of 10 stayed).

Ice machine in main living area was awesome! Very quiet area! Pool was nice , & having it heated ( for an additional cost) was good!Dining room chairs could use a good cleaning! Some updates to property would be nice.

We arrived right at check in time and fell inLove with the house immediately. There were a few issues, like the remote for the hot tub not working, and the washer wasn’t draining. But why sent maintenance out fairly quickly to fix the problems. My biggest issue was how dirty the floors were. We also found a few note that weren’t so family friendly stuck to theBottom of our slippers from previous guests. But overall, we would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Nice property with a great location. Check in was very easy and very close to community beach access. Only complaints is the bathrooms could use a little updating and pool could be cleaned more than once a week with all the trees around. Overall great stay!

Great Beach Property for a Large Group

This house was great and we really enjoyed our experience in this area. The house is a very short walk from the beach and we enjoyed the private pool as well. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group!

Tons of space and great location to the beach! Floor layout on the bottom is a bit odd but worked for us. All of the spacious balconies and outside pool area were perfect for our getaway!!

I will start off by saying the staff that I had to communicate with was excellent, the property well let’s say not so good. The knobs on the kitchen gas stove were broken so when u turned it to off you would think it was off but we smelled gas and had to call to get that fixed. Couldn’t use 2 burners until Thursday. The pool pump quit filtering so it was dirty, the hot tub drained empty while we were in it. Pool guy came next day and fixed that. The kitchen doesn’t have enough mixing bowls or should I say very limited on cooking/mixing essentials. There isn’t enough outdoor furniture for a house that holds 16 people Just very disappointing because pictures made it look more attractive.

Summer vacay

The house was awesome, no complaints!! It stormed our whole trip but we had a nice place to stay in and was able to enjoy family/friend time. We would definitely book again!!

We had a very nice time. Just a few things. The refridgerater was either a little too warm or froze some items in the bottem drawers. The lock for the bathroom door between the bunk room and the other bedroom didn't work resulting in someone being walked in on. Loved the hot tub but would have been nice to have a few instructions on maintaining the temperature. A stove vent would be nice. Lastly, the internet service was kind of spotty. There were times when it would just stop. Mostly in the morning. Aside from those things it's a great house for a family. Plenty of comfortable beds! The living area is really nice and open and spacious! Love the multiple doors to the pool. Other than the internet and the bathroom door lock would definitely stay there again. Also, the property managers were great. Really accessible and very responsive!

Destin beach house

We enjoyed our stay we had plenty of room, pool was amazing close to beach, it is a little walk but not bad two blocks. Hot tub didn’t hear but I failed to call till our last day so they weren’t able to fix it before we left. We’d definitely stay again should we be this way!

House is very close to the beach!

Our stay was very good. I would suggest new skillets and pots and pans. One pot the handle is nearly off. The furniture could use cleaning, many stains. The pool was very nice and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great Week with the Family

My father in law wanted to treat the entire family to a week away together. The property was great for all that were there…by the end of the week the Father and Mother in law were stairmasters and said they would have picked the first floor bedroom by the end. Other than that the conveniences of the location and extremely clean local beach was awesome!! Would do it again for sure.

A smoke alarm that went off every day. A beach house with a pool, but no towels for either. Minimal supplies (one roll of tolet paper per bathroom, no salt or pepper, less than one coffee filter per day, less than one laundary tablet per day, less than one dishwasher tablet per day.) All in all, an experience we would not repeat. For the price, luxury was expepected, instead less than mediocrity was delivered.

Overall our stay was good. We had a large family gathering and there was penty of room for everyone. The proximity to he beach is great and the neighborhood is good. We didn't like that you are not allowed to use your own umbrellas at the beach. That is a weird and useless rule. We also had issues with the pool and hottub heat, but the company was responsive and it was sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days to heat up so we did not get to use it much. The house is a bit dated and needs new furniture in the living room. It is also very loud and echoes because of the large staircase, high ceilings and tile floors. It really needs some sound deadening. Lastly, there were quite a few roaches, and I inderstand it is Florida, so its a constant battle, but it needs to be addressed.

Great Location

We enjoyed the wonderful location, short walk to the beach. Property management was extremely responsive any and all needs. The pool and the hot tub were not exceptionally inviting as the pool was not clean when we arrived and the hot tub had issues. We had to call about it several times but I will say that each time we called someone came out. Cleanliness was not top notch which is the only reason I can't give the property 5 stars. The area around the pool was litered with toys and candy wrappers. Found candy under the cushions of the sofa and glass on the floor. The space for six girlfriends was great and the house is a good value.

Beautiful Destin

Basically the only complaint I have about my stay is that the Pictures of where the house is located was deceiving. I wanted and thought I was paying for a house located on the Ocean side, the view looks like you step out on a white sandy beach, but we had to walk about a block away. I wanted to watch the waves and drink my coffee. The view in the picture is actually through two house in front of you. The hot tub kept having an issues draining itself, maintenance was quickly there to fix that. Besides my view, the house is beautiful. The weather was perfect! ocean side
