The host Steven was great and answered my questions right away. Every room was spotless . Beds were very comfortable. Very cozy apartment. I will definitely stay there again.

Stay was great! Unit was very clean and well stocked. Location was close enough to walk to restaurants (Beef Haus and Texas Hot) store-front shops.

There are not many viable lodging establishments in wellsville these days . We would highly recommend staying here .

There were no knives in the kitchen so it was very hard to cook. There was no soap, shampoo or other toiletries. The listing did not specify that it was a basement unit and had very little light.

Would rent again!

In town for a family wedding shower. Lots of room for us, so clean and had everything we needed- even an iron and ironing board. Perfect spot for us.

Wellsville weekend

Property was very neat and tidy. Parking was excellent and getting into the apartment was easy. Steve, the host was very prompt in his responses. We would definitely book this again when we come back for family visit.

Cute apartment in a lovely location. This apartment was clean, had ample kitchen items, and was well stocked with linens. The owner was quick to answer any questions or concerns. The location was in 100% walkable to the Modern Diner and plenty of other restaurants, as well as a grocery store. I would highly recommend this apartment

It was perfect. Within walking distance of everything. Loved it and if we make it back to Wellsville for my 60th class reunion (in 5 yrs), I hope it is still an VRBO

This property location was perfect in Wellsville. Plenty of parking. Very clean, lots of extras , modern furniture, comfortable and soft beds, A grocery store, gas station and several restaurants, all close by. Our Host was available anytime.

Great location and great place. Excellent communication and perfect stay. Very walkable to everything in Wellsville. Apartment had everything we needed for the weekend. This was our second time here and we will be back again!
