Great location! Just a few minute walk from the Blanco State Park and the town square. Cozy, well maintained house.

The house was clean and exactly as expected from the listing. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub or the griddle but both looked nice enough. The hosts were in frequent communication via AI Assistant. Though we didn’t need anything during our stay, I’m confident I would have gotten a quick response.We hit up the Thursday night Farmer’s market, Pedernales Falls State Park, Real Ale, and the Apple Deutsch for a breakfast treat (among other things). Great central location to access many Hill Country destinations.

The stay was wonderful! A beautiful updated property. We would definitely stay here again. Great value and location. We enjoyed the jacuzzi under the stars. Very clean house. A wonderful setup for privacy.

Hidden gem

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the proximity to the square. Great space and enjoyed the night sky from the hot tub.

Great place for central location in the area

Nice place. Little far from Fredericksburg but we were exploring all of Johnson City so get location.

Great property

This house was super clean! I loved the layout and the beds were very comfy! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. We stayed with puppies so the fenced in yard was great! We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice Place

We loved this house. It's convenient to the places we wanted to go, and it's also off the beaten path, so pretty quiet and not a lot of traffic, which is great when you have small kids. The flat-top grill is NICE, too!

Wonderful home

The house smelled like it was brand new when we arrived. We especially liked the backyard with its hot tub and gas fire pit. The bed was very comfortable, and we really liked the the choices of restaurants Blanco had to offer

Nice 3 bedroom stay in Texas

The property was as advertised. The property was clean, well-maintained and in a location just off the main square in town. We could easily walk to restaurants and the square. The house adequately stocked with necessities and provided a good base for our time in the Hill Country.

This is what we strive for! Come back and see us while the Hill Country is covered in bluebonnets and wild flowers. Everyone loves the 290 wine trail that time of year, March - May!

Fishing trip

Some friends and I decided to take a day trip to blanco to go fishing at the state park. The house was very close to the park so it was an easy drive.

Nice Place

We had to extend our stay because a group member was ill. The process to do that through the app was a little weird, but the property manager was very helpful and walked us through it for a seamless stay. The house is very nice, on a quiet street, but convenient to all the places we wanted to go.nice. An
