Perfect destination to relax and play! Bring your family or bring your friends. There’s something for everyone. We aim to provide a clean, comfortable, safe home for guests to stay and play. Home has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Open concept kitchen, family room, game room. The home has a pool table, 2 arcade style pac man machines, darts, and shuffle board table. All bedrooms have smart tv’s as does the living room, as well as the patio. Bikes are also included as well as 2 stand up paddle boards. Fishing poles are also provided for fishing off the dock in the backyard. Many people enjoy renting a boat and the dock is available for your use upon request. Did I forget to mention the electric heated saltwater pool with outdoor dining table and 4 lounge chairs? Perfect for enjoying the Florida sun! Outdoor dining table is under the roof and entire patio is screened in. Cape Coral is best known for its 400 mile canal system which attracts many boaters to the area. There are several fabulous local restaurants sure to please! Many are located on 47th Terrace, our local “downtown” area, which is just 5-10 minutes from the house. The downtown area has a farmers market every Saturday morning, and various art fests and bike night every other month during the winter months. There are a number of bars on 47th terrace as well. The yacht club beach is located 5 minutes from the house on the Caloosahatchee river. It is currently undergoing many changes since hurricane Ian, but currently remains open, the Boathouse at the yacht club is closed. Some local attractions include the beaches of Ft Myers and Sanibel/Captiva all about a 30 minute drive, depending on traffic and time of year. The Edison Winter Estates in Ft Myers, Six Mile Cypress Slough in Ft Myers, Four Mile Eco park in Cape Coral, Wicked Dolphin Distillery tour in Cape Coral, Fleamasters Flea Market in Ft Myers, the River District in Downtown Ft Myers. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Cape Coral canal front home.we loved spending time by the pool and fishing off the dock. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Becky was great! The internet went out when we were there (things happen) and Becky responded very quickly. She handled it perfectly & got the situation resolved with very little disruption to our stay.

This was our first stay with this home and it was a wonderful experience. We had a few issues but the great response from the host and owner were phenomenal. My only recommendation would be to have a bathroom closer to the pool to avoid having to go thru the house. I would highly recommend this property!

Becky was wonderful and very quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed a recommendation! She was also extremely helpful and everything she recommended was amazing that we tried!! She made the vacation a breeze! The house was fantastic, kid friendly, and we enjoyed all the games and of course the pool! We took the kayaks out one day, enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and bags in the garage, and thought it was nice having laundry in the garage! We utilised the beach chairs daily and loved that there is the yacht club beach minutes away with an absolute beautiful sunset and clean beach!The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil or appliance we could think of and loved having the Keurig for coffee! If we forgot it, they had it there! We would stay here again for sure!

First of all, our host was awesome! Responded quickly to any and all questions. House was well stocked with family fun things, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. My 11 yr old loved the pool table, chess table, and arcade games as well as the rest of us...shuffle board was sooo much fun and of course we loved all the games and POOL. We came when weather was a tad chilly but that didnt stop us from getting in the clean and heated pool every day! Nice to have access to bikes, kayaks, boards, washer, dryer, etc. Side note--TV's in every room and coffee table rises for eating in front of TV without making a mess which again my child just loved. Kitchen applicances were awesome and really helps when traveling!! Thanks so much for making our vacation easier and fun!
