Located just ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH in the highly sought-after Yacht Club area, this is the ultimate vacation and entertainment home!

Start your day with coffee on the private porch with a thatched tiki cover just outside one of the 4 bedrooms. Then move to the pool /lanai area for sunbathing, reading, and catching up on email with our high-speed internet. Or walk down to the large dock and take the kayaks for a gentle ride through the canals. Right next to the water, there is also another large tiki hut with comfortable seating for you to relax or fish.

Be sure to bike or walk to the only beach in Cape Coral. Enjoy the sandy beach area and the Boathouse Tiki Bar And Grill. This home provides a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon to transport all your beach needs.

Late afternoon and evening retire to your own covered lanai area complete with TV and Netflix over the outdoor bar. Put a steak or some of Florida’s best seafood on the grill for dinner and then take a moonlight swim in the solar and electric heated pool.

Once inside you will find 4 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 3 bathrooms, great for extended families or friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen is in the middle of the home with a family room, dining room, and master bedroom on one side and a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths on the other side. Privacy for all! 3 of the bedrooms have TVs with Netflix provided and there is a 60 inch TV in the living room with a TV Antenna and DVDs as well as a TV on the Lanai.

Boaters enjoy just a 3-minute drive to the Caloosahatchee River and a 10-minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to cruise to nearby Sanibel and Captiva Islands or the many beaches nearby, including Fort Myers Beach.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc., etc. This is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit! The home is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and many nearby attractions. Many restaurants are nearby and I have a large booklet of places to go, menus, and things to do at the house. Don’t miss out on booking this fabulous vacation home!

Perfect family get-away

Home was perfect for our adult family of 7 :)Loved hanging out by the pool, cooking meals together and proximity to airport and beaches. Bummer pickle ball courts and tiki hut at the end of the street were destroyed by storm. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent Property!

Property was very clean and as advertised. You just need to pay attention to what is included in your rental. There was plenty of dish and shower soap, but we had a large group staying for a week, so the allotment of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom was not quite enough. Despite that, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Exactly as pictured

We had a great stay at this property! There is plenty of space and it is super close to the yacht club beach. I’m not sure how people get into the kayaks that are offered for the canals as there is a bunch of build up on the bottom of the ladder, but maybe they carry them to the beach to get into them? The pool was great!

Perfect location - walk to the beach! Amazing house esp outside!

The house had everything! The outside space was wonderful - coffee in the morning on the canal. Happy hour by the pool after a day at the beach - which is walking distance! Beach chairs and an umbrella made our beach days so comfortable. The master bedroom was spectacular as was the kitchen. Love all the ceiling fans to keep cool. Didn't spend much time in any other areas of the house since the outside is so amazing. But it looked comfy:)

Family Get Away

Had a wonderful time with family at this beautiful home. Kayaking, fishing, swimming. Short walk to Boathouse for good food, good music and beautiful sunset. Host is very responsive and kind.

Loved this place

Many things I could compliment the host for. The house was just one. It was in a quiet neighborhood and on a canal. The information provided about the house, restaurants, activities, and stores was invaluable. Loved our boat ride with Captain Bruce who was recommended. Great place. Only bad thing was the weather. And the Packers Game

Cape Coral Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is perfect for biking and having access to bikes and canoes was lovely. The house was perfectly sized, pool was great and we made amazing family memories. Hope to return again soon!

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 3 of our adult kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. We walked down to watch the sunset each night. There were kayaks that we used to explore the canal. We had a blast in the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We never had to call for anything, as we never had any issues. On the way home we asked everyone their favorite part of the trip. My daughter’s boyfriend said his was the house! I would definitely stay again!

It was like Paradise’s. The only thing I would be careful of are the stairs going down from the pool to the tiki hut.

Relaxing Quiet Home Away From Hone

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Cape Coral. This house had everything we needed. The pool and other amenities got plenty of use including the Tiki Huts. Short walk to the beach was also nice. Sue the property manager was easy to deal with and super responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect villa for a relaxed vacation

Opened the door and the 2 week vacation started instantly. Generous space for 6 adults - even in the pool. A/C and other appliances worked perfectly. Short ways to shops and restaurants, we even walked to the small but fine Cape Coral Beach. The contact to property manager was always prompt and transparent. The velocity for the deposit-release was stunningly fast. Thanks for a great vacation Alex Burk and family

Beautiful location, well equipped home

We loved every thing about our stay, very quiet and relaxing. No need to go anywhere with the pool and canal right there but there is enough close by to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, lots of clean up still happening from hurricane but this home was one of the fortunate ones . Very safe area I would highly recommend it. We had no need to call anyone while we were there as we had no problems every thing was exactly as advertised

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family! We spent hours in the pool, which was heated by solar panels and always the perfect temp. We used both sitting rooms and loved that one bathroom was accessible from the pool. Our one disappointment was that the beach and Boathouse restaurant were closed. We were looking forward to walking there for breakfast. We did manage to find three other places which were pretty close. The upside of the closure was reduced traffic. We will be back!

Wonderful holiday vacation

This was our 11th holidays in Cape Coral with multigenerational family. House was just as appeared in photos. Very well equipped with many extras. Pool was beautiful. Only issue was with televisions. No cable. Unable to watch much until our tech savvy son came down 2 days in. After purchasing Apple TV, we had no further problems.

Ladies Trip 2023

I will definitely say the property looks exactly like the pictures! It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed everything about it! Lots of space for us 8 ladies that stayed. We did choose this home as we were in walking distance to the Yacht club and beach, which unfortunately was closed due to the hurricane. The owners had a great book which had everything listed in it including restaurants, bars, beaches, tours etc. that was very helpful!!! We would definitely come back to this beautiful home!!! The only issue we had was the pool turned green and I called and within 15 minutes the pool guy came and cleaned it for us and was good to go that night. I definitely recommend this home for a beautiful vacation!!

Family vacation

Overall the house is very nice and as described! I will say that this house is listed 1 block away from the beach but it be closed for at least another year due to hurricane Ian damage and recovery. Being notified of this prior to the trip would have been much appreciated. The closest beach that was open was about 35-45 minutes away and they were nice. We used this as an opportunity to explore other beaches in the area. The kayaks were very nice and my son even caught a small shark in the canal which he was thrilled about! Kitchen is full stocked and plenty of beach toys and towels are available at the property. The house is very conveniently located to just about everything you need.

Wonderful vacation home

Sue has provided the perfect Cape Coral vacation home. The photos definitely don't do it justice. As we walked through the door we were amazed at the spaciousness of this house. If you are looking for a family home away from home, this is it. It is spotless and has plenty of space to enjoy cooking, eating, visiting, relaxing and playing. Surprisingly, at the same time, the house is laid out in a way that allows one to find a quiet getaway spot if desired. The view is perfect Tropical Florida, the kitchen is a dream, all the furniture is made for comfort, the beds are wonderful, the bathrooms provide plenty of space and the pool sparkles as it begs guests to jump in! It is obvious the owners have made it a high priority to have happy guests. Would highly recommend to anyone.  

Best Cape Coral VRBO EVER!!

This house has EVERYTHING, it's on the canal, the pool and lanai is divine! Bedrooms were attractive and comfy, extra pillows too. Wash machine and dryer available to keep towels clean and dry. Seriously just bring your beach attire and swim suit and Steve and Nat have got the rest covered!!! Incredibly timely communication with the hosts as well!!! Bikes were fun, the pool floaties were nice. Seriously DID NOT WANT to leave!!! Furniture was cozy, dining area and sitting area were so attractive, nice decore. Tiny things that maybe could make it more luxurious: new swim towels, powerwash the pool deck, and the wash machine could be cleaned, it smelled a bit on our arrival but we left the door open and it went away. Just had the best time overall, would definitely visit again! 5-stars

Home Away From Home

I wanted a getaway with the family where we could relax and enjoy one another, and that wouldn't require a lot of "going" in order to remain entertained. This house fit the bill. The house was beautiful, spacious, and the location was awesome - just a 5 minute walk to a local Yacht Club located on the water with a pier and small beach. Despite the afternoon thunderstorms, the kids enjoyed early afternoons in the pool and rainy evenings watching Netflix on the guest account provided by the owners. The Wifi was awesome and none of us had any trouble with connectivity at all. On the days when we wanted to get out, the drive to Fort Myers Beach was short (about 20 minutes), easy, and beautiful. The house was also incredibly stocked. It wasn't one of those places where even though you've rented for a week, the owners only leave you with one roll of tissue paper. This house had almost everything we needed and plenty of it! We had a question about the Wifi when we first arrived and the point of contact that we were given was helpful, kind, and immediately took care of our concern. I could go on and on with all the good things about our stay. It literally felt like home away from home and I am so glad that we chose this property . We could not be happier with our experience!
