Don’t miss out on this great deal. It’s a fresh fully remodeled condo in pristine shape in a prime location! Just a few steps away to Grand Boulevard which has all types of restaurants, retail shops and night life. We are within minutes from the pristine, white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast and the affluent 30A. This is not a studio condo it has its own private bedroom and a well-supplied full kitchen. Granite counter tops and dining table surface with 2 bar height chairs. You will have high speed wifi, 55" smart tv in the living room and 42" in the bedroom free streaming services with youtube TV. Plenty of parking as you park directly in front of the building. Your condo is located on the third floor which has 2 flights of interior, carpeted and conditioned stairs. We have an exterior security camera outside viewing the front door for your safety.

We loved the location. Close to places we like to go. Very clean. Pet friendly. The only downside was 3rd floor…tough on us old ladies loading and unloading, otherwise it was perfect.

From an issue with the mail to a last minute request to check out late, the owner always came through to ensure my stay was comfortable and peaceful. The room is absolutely charming and immaculate.

Convenient & Clean

This little condo was just the right size for the 2 of us with our little Jack Russell. Location was perfect. Definitely recommend this for a couple.

Extremely clean room, very easy check-in and communication with Keith was fast. No issues at all with the unit. 5 minute walk to high end shops and less than 2 miles to 30A Host recommended "Stinky's Bar and Grill"....great recommendation. I'd go back!

Honest and very wonderful host!

I’ll try to keep this short and accurate as possible! The host, Keith, had such an adorable property and very clean which is super important to me. It was well stocked with any necessities you may need during your stay in addition to many other conveniences. Very short distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. And most importantly, beaches! We would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation.

We really liked the condo except it being on 3rd floor. Me having a broken ankle, wasnt the easiest. And we really like having the pool but yesterday it was closed. Since I could not get in the Gulf because of my ankle, I really looked forward to the pool. There was a notice on the gate saying it was closed because something was wrong. But it was a nice quiet place.

Thanks Susan for your review. I am sorry that your ankle injury made something’s difficult for your stay and vacation. I am sorry about your last day with the pool being closed they had the chemical treatment controller that broke. So it was closed for safety reasons.
