Prior to your stay, we communicated to you several times through VRBO messaging that we have stopped offering the bikes a few years ago and removed it from our listing. We also followed up with VRBO to make sure the bikes are permanently removed from our listing. We offered 100% refund of your money. The VRBO representative also confirmed that you would receive 100% refund but you decided to stay with us knowing in advance that we do not offer bikes. After you checked out, we sent pictures from housekeeping that there was a violation of our condo rules which you denied. Housekeeping had to spend significant of their time to remove the cigarette smell. You indicated that there was terrible smell all week. We have never had such a complaint in our reviews. Our future guests can review previous guests’ comments regarding the condo conditions and make their own determination. We thank you for staying with us. However, we will not be hosting you in the future due to house rules violation.

Thanks again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and have implemented your recommendations - put non-slip mat in the tub, and provide golf rounds booking information from Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in the amenities section. The door to the patio is a storm door. To lock a storm door, pull up on the lever handle first to past the latches, then turn the interior knob to secure it. We will include this information in the check-in information. The TV in the LR is a smart TV. We will look into your recommendation.
