Our favorite part of this home is its unbeatable location in downtown Annapolis (DTA)- with private parking. You can walk everywhere:restaurants, pubs, the U.S. Naval Academy, St. John's College, Annapolis Sailing School, and more.

This historic row house is ideally situated just five houses up from Ego Alley, one block from Main Street and only a short 4-minute walk to visit your Mid at the Naval Academy.

The home features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing a meal or Thanksgiving dinner if you decide to stay in. It's also a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine after a day exploring Annapolis.

While rich in historic charm, the row house has been thoughtfully updated with custom bathrooms, new beds, and fresh bedding for a comfortable stay. We are excited to share our home so you can experience Historic Annapolis WITHOUT THE HASSLE OF SEARCHING FOR PARKING.

We stay in far more hotels and VRBOs than we’d like thanks to youth sports, and this was hands down our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced, absolutely spotless. Everything was incredibly organized, well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, and the layout was perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better, and having dedicated parking was a huge bonus in Annapolis. We were genuinely impressed by every detail and can’t wait to come back next year. Highly recommend!

The house was great - clean, well decorated, comfortable beds. The location is perfect being right downtown. Having a parking spot was a plus. Tge property owner was easy to reach, welcoming and helpful.

The house was fabulous…the look and feel made it feel like home. It was also an amazing location…easy to access all the beautiful harbor spots and of course USNA! 14 Cornhill was perfect for my family (of 5 with kids being 27, 20, and 14) for our three day stay in Annapolis. The location of the house to historic downtown (less than a minute walk) was perfect. We have been to Annapolis many times and love everything about historic downtown, but don’t know if we have had a better house. The decor of the house and its nautical theme fit the area perfectly with the marina, ego alley, and the Naval Academy being right there. Shari (the owner) was great and easy to contact. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen table was the perfect place for playing cards and games with my family. It was an easy walk to Eastport to one of our favorites, The Boatyard Bar & Grill. Overall… a great stay and highly recommend.

Great spot in the middle of it all

Perfect for parents weekend

This house was perfect for hanging out all weekend with our son at USNA. It was a few minute walk to the gate and loved having parking and not needing to drive! The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We will definitely stay again!

Charming Home in downtown Annapolis close to USNA

Wonderful home and location

We had a wonderful stay. Home was very well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable for our family's stay. The location was amazing - so close to the USNA and everywhere in town. Shari was so helpful with information about the USNA and the local area. We look forward to our next stay!

*Perfect* place for a long weekend

Location is perfect, the owner was super proactive and helpful, start to finish, and even included some really nice touches (e.g., snacks). The place is incredibly cozy, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. Hope to stay here on our next visit.

The home is beautiful! So clean, decor and design is so tasteful! Bedding and linens are just like home! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Location is so convenient to walk everywhere and so close to USNA quick walk for our Mid! Shari was so nice to work with and very responsive! Definitely will stay again!

Adorable and well-appointed

The location is perfect - downtown Annapolis is at the doorstep and pleasantly walkable. The parking spot is a huge bonus. The property itself has been beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms are exceptionally well done. The owners seem to have anticipated every need in advance of our arrival. Perfect stay!

Great stay in a great location

We had a great long weekend here. The home is very clean with newly updated bathrooms. Having a parking space is a huge advantage and the location is perfect! Close to all of the shops, restaurants and the water. Shari was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend Stay

We are parents of a 2016 Mid. We love hosting other Navy Families, Families from Annapolis and Families from St. John College. We have currently owned this Historic Charm Row House for about a year. We have been hosting on VRBO for over 14 years in other parts of the states.

We absolutely love DTA living. We wanted to have parking, close to the Academy to walk and close to all the restaurants to enjoy Historic Downtown.
