Don’t miss our unique two floor condominium in Historic Annapolis downtown with 3 bedrooms (one queen, two rooms with two singles per room), living room with 42' flatscreen tv, stereo, kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and two full bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. This unit requires guests to climb two flights of steps. You will be glad you did as it is an oasis in the heart of Historic Annapolis!

There is a large deck with city views of the historic Maryland State House.

The condo is one half block from Main Street, where coffee bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment and history awaits. The condo is within five blocks of the Naval Academy, City Dock and the harbor. Historic Annapolis is a great place to walk and enjoy the sites, the water and the entertainment, with live music, carriage rides and piano bars. There are local theatres, antique shops, boutique clothing shops and art shops all within a few blocks.

This property is just steps from Main Street. It was the perfect location for exploring town and enjoying all that Annapolis had to offer during the holiday season.

Excellent stay at lovely Annapolis condo

This is a very comfortable, spacious property (1400 sq ft) which suited our group of five adults very well. The condo is very clean and well equipped, and the location is ideal for walking in Annapolis. Best of all, the owners were extremely responsive. We had a problem during the first night we were there, and as soon as we contacted the owners the following morning, they immediately took steps and had the problem resolved that day, which was Christmas Eve day. They get 10 stars for responsiveness and problem-solving! We visited in December, and still appreciated the spacious deck adjacent to the main living area, with two seating areas, a large table, and gorgeous views. This is a superb asset for summer visitors. We enjoyed the great views and photo ops of the state capitol from the expansive deck. There are multiple steps to get to this 2nd floor property, and the property itself is bi-level --not a problem for the average person, but may be a difficulty for those with mobility or health issues. Overall, a very clean and huge property in an excellent location with extremely responsive and helpful hosts. Excellent for a family. Thank you, Christina and John, so much!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

I booked this property for a girls weekend with my college roommates and we had the BEST time. The location is great; right off the main shopping/restaurant area. Also the bedroom layouts (4 single beds & 1 queen) made it easy to accommodate and sleep the 6 of us. Christina was great & easy to contact. We’d love to come back in the summer! Highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful stay for husband’s 30th USNA reunion

The location is absolutely amazing. Just walking distance to awesome boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the harbor. With all the traffic for football weekends we just walked everywhere. One mile to the stadium. Just a few minutes to the Academy’s gate so we walked to Sunday church and had brunch. Perfect stay!

Cute Condo and Amazing Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Great porch that we sat on every evening. Less than a block to Main Street with shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the City Dock. We never needed our car while we were there. Thanks!

Great location, hosts made every aspect easy

The location was close to everything, and communication with the host was very easy. They were helpful and very responsive to any questions. The location itself was perfect, just a block off Main Street and within walking distance of shopping, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here on any visit to Annapolis.

Perfect location for visiting Annapolis

Upon arrival the host was so helpful with instructions and suggestions. We had an issue with the door and she answered the phone at 10:30 pm and walked us through it (operator error). The apartment is a perfect location. The only thing I would say is…. It is a lot of steps :) not too tough for a young couple but if you struggle with stairs this place is probably not for you. The stairs are narrow and it’s tough to bring large suitcases up. The house is full of historic charm and the roof top seating is perfect for coffee in the am! Which by the way, we were so appreciative they provided! It was steps from Main Street but quite enough to get a good night rest! Just perfect! Lovely 4th of July getaway

My friends and I were looking for a convenient location to enjoy the holiday festivities in Annapolis. Christine’s home was beautiful and just as described!! It was clean and welcoming, located within easy walking distance from the main strip. The home came equipped with basically everything we needed. Christine was super responsive and friendly. Check in/check out was simple. I’d absolutely stay again!

Our daughter’s wedding!

Perfect location to walk to the pre-wedding and wedding venues. The condo is very charming. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor rooftop deck was amazing! Annapolis is a charming town and this condo was a good place to take it all in.

Perfect location

We spent three nights at this two-level condo in Annapolis which is located just steeps from Main Street. It is the only private residence in a small commercial building so there’s plenty of privacy on weekends. Nice functional kitchen, beautiful outdoor space but dated bath (downstairs) and creaky floors. Just what you’d expect in an older building. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great Place to Stay in Annapolis

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and the location could not be beat. It was very comfortable and a nice place for us to catch up with our friends that we had not seen in a long time. We would highly recommend it to others!

Location Location Location

Location, location, location! Only 1/2 block off Main Street. Everything walkable. The owner was attentive but not obtrusive. There are a lot of stairs in the apartment, as stated in the overview. I am 80 and it was not a problem for me, however might be a consideration for others. Such an enjoyable stay!

Xmas in Annapolis

Love staying at this property. This is our second time here. the property is in a great location. Walking neighborhood in downtown Annapolis makes it very accessible. The only downside is the parking situation. Easiest to put your car in a garage but that is of course added cost. All in all we love staying here.
