First trip to Memphis

We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The unit had everything we needed, and the online photos were an accurate depiction. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Location

The unit was as described. The host was very helpful and was quick to respond. Location was perfect for my weekend stay. There was plenty of parking on the property. Will stay here again when I am back in Memphis!

Cute and clean property

Great location. Felt like home while I was there. Loved how close I was to Midtown and Overton Park. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Wonderful stay

The place was clean, cozy, comfortable and nice. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to book. Nice quiet neighborhood and very out the way. :)

Comfortable stay in Memphis

We were only here for a night, but felt safe and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, which was not a problem for us, but could be for some with mobility issues.

Overton Square

Cute apartment right off Overton Square. Had everything we needed for the night and was walkable to several restaurants. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute place. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. My kids enjoyed the snacks left for us.

Super close to Overton square. Walked to restaurant for dinner. Sat outside on the patio every night. Very safe neighborhood. Bed was comfortable

Nice place to stay

The property is well taken care of and very clean. It is located in a great area with a lot to do within walking distance. The communication from the property owners are fantastic. They reach out as soon as you book and respond timely when we struggled to find the correct unit number. There are 3 units, so be sure to check which one you book. I would stay again.

Rug in living area cruled up tripped over it. No fire detector up stairs.stove top had burnt food on it. No extra garbage bags. No rug in bathroom to get out of shower on.

TERRIBLE

Yard and outside not well kept. Most light fixturs did not have bulbs. 4 towels for 4 people for 2 days so we tried to wash but dryer was broke so we went to walmart to but towels. There is no hot tub unless they are referring to whirlpool tub. Rugs were dirty and curled up so we trippedseveral timed. Dead bug in one of beds Wasp nest on patio. One bedroom had closet but no dresser other bedroom had dresser but no closet. Sofa .smelled like old freebreeze Amenties wete very minimal.

Minor Issues w/ stay

The Check in process was simple. There were some issues with the property that made it less than ideal but all are things that with attention by the owner would turn the place into a place I would stay again if it were just my boyfriend and I; however, I don’t recommend this place for renting by elders or those with small children or disabilities. This is due to the tub (which is jetted and tall, with no bar to get in or out with) and area and stair carpets that are curled up in spots causing a tripping hazard. Additionally, all bedrooms are upstairs. Additional issues: broken dryer (see additional review from September 2024 noting this issue, which went unfixed), slow draining shower drain, dusty, and one bedroom had no curtain or blinds for privacy. I did communicate the dryer issue and an issue we had turning the heat to off as directed to for checkout and the property manager was very quick with communication.

Concert in the park

Stayed the night to see a show at Overton Park. Really nice place and everything is within walking distance. Quiet, very clean, and everything you could possibly need

This unit is a two-story 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. It is the middle unit of a beautiful garden style condo triplex. It provides all the privacy and convenience one could ask for in an VRBO!

You'll park off-street directly behind the building in a dedicated space, and step into the garden to find a private entrance to this unit. Inside the condo, there's a beautiful dining space with a separate spacious living room. Off of the living room is a private patio with comfortable seating and complimentary grill! Directly in front of the entry way is the well-equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer.

To the left of the entryway, lies a padded staircase that leads to the second floor.

Upstairs you'll find the full bathroom along with 2 beautiful bedrooms. The primary bedroom is straight ahead, which also hosts a calming and private balcony. A second spacious bedroom will be located across from the bathroom and to the right of the primary bedroom. All bedrooms and bathroom are privately tucked away on the second floor.

If the apartment itself isn't enough, our location and easy access to everything in Midtown - Overton Square surely takes the cake!
