The home has a fun layout and in a great location. The gated parking was is an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Memphis.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was located right downtown and we were within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, grocery store, coffee shop, Beale Street, and the Civil Rights Museum. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We met many new friends and we always felt very safe. We had an issue with the lock when checking in, it was definitely my mistake, however, Chris was quick to respond and he pointed out my mistake. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Christopher’s place was great! The house was very accommodating and located in the perfect spot in downtown Memphis. This was my first time visiting, and it definitely won’t be my last. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the free, secured parking was a huge plus.If you’re looking for a home away from home, look no further!

I LOVED staying here! I've stayed in another property of the owners' before, and I will definitely be back! Everything is clean, comfy, and convenient. There's nothing you will need that isn't there! This place is close to Beale Street and everything downtown has to offer.

SUPER CUTE PLACE!!! Very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the closeness of great places to eat and shop! Fully equipped kitchen was a plus. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck and walking the neighborhood. Private gated parking is definitely a plus!

The man was not understanding at all , he put us out for a extra car and a extra guest and charged us extra for it knowing we didn’t stay the full weekend. he called the cops on us as we were leaving the residence

Oh my goodness, absolute perfection! We had the most incredible time staying at this beautiful property! The townhouse was sparkling clean, gorgeously decorated, and stocked with absolutely everything we could have ever needed. The attention to detail was just remarkable including the onsite safe gated parking—it truly felt like our home away from home!The location could not have been more perfect. We were able to walk to so many of our favorite Memphis spots, like Beale Street, the Peabody Hotel, the National Civil Rights Museum and the Arcade Restaurant.The neighborhood has something for everyone! Right across the street, we loved the decadent desserts at Devour and custom coffee blends from Ritual. Just a block away, Juiced offers fresh juices and great food, while the legendary Earnestine & Hazel's dive bar has an unforgettable vibe and awesome music. The Broom Closet nearby is also a charming, welcoming shop to explore. The whole area is just bursting with wonderful places!After a busy day of sightseeing, it was great to unwind in such a comfortable, relaxing space. The spa-like primary bathroom was a total dream and made our stay feel so luxurious!Our host, Chris, was wonderful—incredibly responsive, welcoming, and attentive. He made checking in and out completely seamless and stress-free.We honestly cannot recommend this place enough! If you are planning a trip to Memphis, look no further. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and cannot wait to come back!

This Condo is beautiful! Very tastefully decorated and woodworking is gorgeous! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a person would need! We loved the open floor plan, it made it so easy to visit with our family! Location, Location, Location was perfect for our agenda! We will 100% book this condo again for future visits to Memphis!

Location, location, location! The house is centrally located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, museums, and Beale Street. The area is residential therefore quiet. Parking is easy behind the house. Chris was easy to communicate with. The house is well appointed with the bedrooms on the third floor. Each bedroom had its own bath, which works out perfectly for two couples. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are spacious and great for enjoying our time visiting and starting our day.

Birthday Weekend

We were in town to visit our daughter and celebrate our friends birthday. It was the perfect condo for our group and very close to everything we visited! The owners were great to work with! Would definitely recommend to stay here!
