Beautiful Lake House

This house was perfect for our family of 7 to stay over Thanksgiving. House is very nice, clean and has a beautiful view of Carter Lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! We saw ducks and geese every day and even had a few bald eagle sightings. Would love to come back to enjoy the lake in the warmer weather!

Great Property!

This house was perfect for our group. It's clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We didn't cook while there, so I can't comment on the cookware, but there are plenty of dishes and utensils provided. I have stayed in other rentals where we literally had to wash dishes every day just to have enough to use on a daily basis. Scott, the owner, is very responsive. We traveled with a two year old, and Scott let me know there was a Pack N Play and a high chair available should we need them. There is even a vacuum in the front closet! There are games and books for all ages in the lower level. I am pretty sure we read the Frozen book to the granddaughters at least 6 times during our three day stay. The house is on a large lake-front fenced in lot. The outdoor space is as welcoming as the indoors, but the weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy it. Should we need accommodations in the Omaha area again, we will definitely return to this house!

Beautiful & peaceful place to relax with family!

This property quickly became one of our favorite rentals! There are two living areas (downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom, spacious living area: couches, fireplace, tv, and two tables, indoor & outdoor games, large windows looking at the lake). We enjoyed the outdoor tables and seating on the deck and the lakeside fire pit, as well as the extra large yard. Our boys had fun kayaking and fishing. For a suburban neighborhood near an airport, it was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe. Bedrooms are spacious and everyone in our family gave the beds a "super comfortable"rating! As a mom of 3 boys, I appreciated that they (13,16, 17y.o.) could run around the property and have ample space to play downstairs. This house has 3 full bathrooms, 5 clean and comfortable bedrooms, 2 refrigerators, great lighting in the kitchen and living areas, large picture windows upstairs and downstairs facing the lake. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Oh, and the owner was very responsive and helpful with info. Loved it!!
