Amazing cabin, very cozy and welcoming. Excellent host too! We loved the design and all the details. My only wish is that we had more time here! It was a one-day stop after our trip from Anchorage to the Arctic Circle.

Great place to stay in the Fairbanks area. The cabin was perfect for our 2 night stay. Alaina was very helpful before booking. Everything was as listed in the description. We had a great time - thank you!

Clean rooms, host was nice, nice amenities, great location. My only complaint is the lady at the end of the street tried to make it very well known that the “whole” street is a private road and didn’t like us walking our dogs back and forth.

We did want to mention one small thing for future guests: the driveway is a private shared driveway, so we ask that guests please use the road for walking rather than the driveway, as our neighbors do use and share that space and we want to be respectful of them. We also wanted to clarify that our property has a no-pet policy, so we’ll make sure that’s especially clear in our listing going forward. We truly appreciate you staying with us and are so glad you otherwise had such a great experience!

The only issue I had was there should be some kind of a railing around the front porch, you really need to pay attention or you might fall off.

This is a perfect place to stay outside of Fairbanks. It’s not too far from town, but far enough to see the aurora easily. Everything inside is warm, wonderful,and comforting. Easy to find, close to a good restaurant, and roads are good.

When I think to myself about the cabin in the woods away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place! It was clean, it was cozy, comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. Fell in love with the coffee that was provided in the kitchen, we ended up buying some at the airport on the way out. Nothing but positive and excellence in this location and the host. She was responded and gave great recommendations. Definitely looking forward to returning someday soon.Oh, and the little booklet on the table was an excellent touch! Read a few of the entries, great to see other people‘s experiences. 100/10.

Wonderful woodsy cabin

Great location with Ivory Jacks just down the road, surrounded by woods, and off the beaten path so no traffic noise. Adorable cabin with a nice bathroom and kitchen. The bed upstairs in the loft was very comfortable. The perfect stay for us!

Truly a cute cozy cabin

The cabin was super cute and had some very lovely touches. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Had thoughtful touches having a mini hair dryer, curling iron, makeup remover, etc. the cabin felt very private and I will be returning!

The cabin was easy to find from Fairbanks Airport, clean and with sufficient space/amenities for our 2 night stay. The owner responded quickly to our communications and the lock system worked perfectly. The surrounding area is beautiful, close to the Running Reindeer Ranch & Chena Hot Springs/Recreation Area (highly recommend) as well as Ivory Jacks less than 1 mile away. The cabin was supplied with coffee AND sugar, so no need to purchase the 7 small bag of sugar at general store. Our only suggestions would be that the sliding pocket door in the bathroom could use a handle for easier & more complete closing, and the porch would feel safer with a railing.All in all, the Cozy Cabin lived up to our expectations and was a great start to our trip!!

Great potential

The cabin itself would be great with a bit better upkeep and attention to detail. Windows were missing screens which meant you could not open the windows without being overrun with bugs. The place had obviously had some rowdy visitors before and things needed to be better presented. The bed was very uncomfortable and neither of us were able to sleep well in it. I ended up on the futon. The hosts really seem to care though. They provided great recommendations (The Turtle Club was excellent!) and the necessities for what a traveler needs. With a little bit of polish, this can be a gem in the Fairbanks area for VRBO and its owners.

Be aware of the stairs, my husband could not maneuver them easily, so needless to say he slept on the sofa sleeper. Which he said was very comfortable. I never waited very long for a reply to any communication from the host.
