Welcome to our spacious and charming townhouses on Lake Palmetto! We own and operate multiple townhouses in the area, depending on your group size and budget we’ll accommodate accordingly. Please inquire and we will make it happen! These VRBO's are conveniently located next to Park Circle, Tanger Outlets, and the Charleston International Airport. Each home has large living areas and are perfect for large families or groups of friends!

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living area that's perfect for gathering with loved ones. The living room features comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The three bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.But the real highlight of this townhouse is the outdoor space! The large deck is great for hanging out with breathtaking views of the lake.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
