Sandro and Angela were extremely gracious hosts. We had a lovely experience in the spacious apartment. The patio was the highlight. We enjoyed the outdoors and the view daily. Rhmka so much for a wonderful Florence adventure and holiday.

Great location with a view of the Duomo from the terrace. Easy access to all major museums and attractions. Easy access to great cafes. The apartment is spacious.

No real winery experience. The VRBO is in downtown Florence. Wonderful location! Wonderful hosts! Easy to walk everywhere. Very comfortable. Thank you Sandro for your warm hospitality! We miss getting up and deciding what museums or cathedrals to visit today.

We stayed here as our 1st place for our trip to Italy. We came for my daughters 21st. Location is great & we had a blast!

Great Location

Super location…close to the Duomo and restaurants. The rooftop terrace view is spectacular. The host was there to greet us and provide any information needed. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Location and Rooftop Terrace A++

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed meals on the terrace with outstanding views. The location is central to everything, but the apartment and private outdoor space was an oasis.

Duomo bellisimo

What an amazing location! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and charming, and the deck looking upon the Duomo was just the icing on the cake. Our hosts were also very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

It was amazing

We loved the stay here. My wife and I went for our anniversary celebration and love the location. This was our third time staying here and every time was very enjoyable. The location is great for visitors as everything is close by. We will definitely be looking at this location again in the future. We hope by the time we return we are allowed to bring children.

A Little bit of Heaven in Florence

Thank you Angela and Sandro for sharing your wonderful, comfortable, convienent, and quiet heavenly spot in Florence. It was a short visit due to circumstances but we definitely will be back someday.

A Renaissance gem

Heavenly views from the rooftop

Great communication. Short walk from the train station. Centrally located in Florence - close to everything. Served us well on our vacation. The view from the rooftop can’t be beat! Enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Beautiful view from the private balcony.

The apartment is in a great location to all the sites. Easy walking distance to everything. Even close to grocery store. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The private balcony was a wonderful place to sit and drink a glass of wine and view the duomo.

Nice stay

The location was perfect, only steps from the Duomo. There are ten (some short) flights of stairs. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there are multiple levels to the apartment. This is a lovely home with a great outdoor space

We had a fantastic stay in Florence and would highly recommend this apartment. The location could not have been better—just a short walk from the Duomo and right in the heart of the city center. Everything was incredibly convenient, with excellent restaurants, shops, cafés, train station, and Florence's major attractions all within easy walking distance.One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful rooftop terrace. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, enjoy a morning coffee, or take in the atmosphere of Florence from above.The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided an ideal home base for exploring the city. Being able to walk everywhere made our trip even more enjoyable and allowed us to fully experience the charm and energy of Florence.Sandro was an excellent host. He personally greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, and made us feel welcome from the start. Throughout our stay, he was responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the experience even more enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located property with a wonderful terrace and easy access to everything Florence has to offer.

Wonderful Apartment

The communications and prep for arrival were very smooth using the WhatsApp app. Hosts gifted us with a great tasting bottle of chianti upon arrival. Apartment is spacious and comfortable, within walking distance to many good restaurants, sites, and shopping. I would definitely book it again when I return to Florence, Italy. Perfection in Florence

If you love the old library feel, warm, comfortable and nostalgic, along with being at the center of everything. This is the place. Marco met us upon arrival, showed us around. Really warm welcome. The rooftop will not disappoint. So wonderful. We'll stay again when we come back.

Excellent location and view!

We loved our stay, especially time on the terrace with its stunning view of the Duomo and Tower! Sandro was a very attentive host, and he’s right downstairs if you need anything. There was plenty of room for my husband and myself in one room and my sister in the other. She had a spare bed, so, at least, one more person could have stayed with no problem. The location is convenient to all the major sites and very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful, excellent location

We all loved the apartment, especially having the rooftop terrace and the location, which was fantastic. There was nothing better than sitting overlooking the sites first thing in the morning with a cup of tea. The apartment had lots of space. The kitchen was sufficient for what we needed. It was great to have two bathrooms. Just outside the apartment door was a supermarket and lots of others shops and restaurants, so really central to everything, not forgetting the Duomo on the doorstep. Sandro and Francesco greeted us on arrival. They were lovely and so friendly. Sandro showed us around and had even left us a bottle of wine. Sandro also kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We hope very much to return. I can't recommend the apartment enough.

Best view in town

Wow what a great stay. My husband and i were in Florence for about 10 days and used this VRBO during our time and we enjoyed every minute. The check in process was very smooth and apartment was relatively easy to find. We took a cab from the airport and it was about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. We were greeted by the host when we got into the building and he helped us get settled in the place and gave us a quick tour. Very personable, helpful and friendly. The kitchen was perfect to use for breakfast and a few dinners here and there, the top floor dining table was really cute and, of course, that view! It doesn't even look real and pictures don't do it any justice, it was just amazing! One of the highlights of the trip was that we got to watch a ton of fireworks for new years eve and we didn't even have to leave the apartment! It was an amazing sight. In the area, there is so much to do. Restaurants literally everywhere, plenty right outside the building. Bars very close, if you're into records make sure to visit Move On, a bar very close to the VRBO that sells vinyl records on the second floor. There is a supermarket right outside the building also and we got lots of food so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The train station is very close by, we were walking around one day just trying to familiarize ourselves with the area and the train station was about a 10minute walk away. I can go on and on because i genuinely enjoyed this place so much 10/10 would recommend

Awesome view and location

Great place to stay, the location is perfect, very comfortable place and very charming, the hostess is very nice, they make you feel like you are home
